Room felt cramped. Pull out couch for a double bed was tiny. Not comfortable at all. Was disappointed. Staff was nice.

Everyone in reception and the attendants assisting you with your every need are very friendly. Very good service and the room is exceptional, but they have do so something about the lackluster breakfast. Everything seemed frozen and processed, nothing what their photos suggest.

Had a separate pet area. Had a fire pit where you could roast marshmallows- bring your own. Clean dining area. Clean rooms with great amenities- microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher. Soaps provided in walk-in huge shower. Side note - cannot adjust fan on heater itself, but with thermostat which was hidden behind TV - had to call desk to find that out. Lots of USB ports for phone charging. Parking area was well-lit.

The property was nice and the bed was really comfortable. The staff very nice and good parking. The only downside was they charged me an extra $50 for my pet to stay and there was just turf for her to pee on and she didn’t like that.

As always, this is our go to place when in El Paso. It is close to family and friends. It is very clean and the staff is wonderful!!

I loved this property. We drove for close to 11 hours. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Close to the highway. The desk attendant very efficient and friendly.

Took a chance and reserved a one night stay here on our travel through El Paso and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean, room had great amenities, front desk and breakfast staff were friendly, easy parking.
Will stay here again on our long drives to Texas. First time at a Townplace and I’m now going to consider this chain in other cities as a result of this stay.

I loved everything about this place. The staff were amazing. It was clean and super comfortable. It felt safe and it was clear in that they designed the building with considerations for persons traveling with disabilities. (And our dog loved the view from the large windows lol)

Very clean, lovely room. Comfortable beds. Nice, small kitchen area. Pet friendly. Even had treats for our dog when we checked in. Friendly, courteous staff. Nice breakfast in morning. Well pleased with our experience.

Everyone was super nice. We had a drawer break when we were unpacking and maintenance was there immediately and fixed the drawer and was very nice.

They hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. They said Hotels.com didn't send it, but their system was down and the young lady couldn't locate the reservation. I had to call Hotels.com.
After a go around for 20 minutes, the young lady checked again and the reservation was there in her system .

The hotel is advertised as pet friendly, and we paid an extra 50 dollars to bring our dog. However, the “pet relief area” is an unmaintained rocky patch of the parking lot next to what I think is the dumpster. There were no bags in dispenser, pet waste all over and trash. I ended up driving to a nearby park just so my dog could go to the restroom. The rest of the hotel was great and looks brand new. It’s a shame something so simple isn’t being taken care of. It seems like it would be easy to replace the rocks with some astroturf or something and clean it up a bit.

Room had everything we needed, including a toaster! “Breakfast-to-go” was readily available, beds were comfortable, room was quiet, woman at front desk was very helpful. The restaurant we wanted closed early, so she suggested several others to the us. Andale was close to the hotel, and we enjoyed it.

This place is very nice. Everything is very clean and the employees are very nice. I stayed here twice for the holidays. I would highly recommend.
