The Beach pad was an eco friendly and modern place to stay for a few days. Surfing and beach is a short walk across the street and there is a burger bar, big Kahuna, next door. The music can be heard until really late at night, so if you are not partying bring ear plugs. The area is quaint with a few restaurants, a nice escape from the bustle of Rincon proper. The unit itself is spacious and modern with great surf vibe theme, ample solar powered A/C, kitchen essentials, clean soft sheets, and a nice balcony patio. Water pressure is low but that’s pretty standard on the island. Wi-Fi was really good and communication from host was super. This is a 5 star place- highly recommend!

The place was spotless and it essentially has everything you need but I did not expect the bar across the street to be blasting music from 3pm to 3am everyday. That was really disappointing. The beach is not across the street; you do have to walk 5-7 minutes to it. I really wanted a quite beach trip and this was not it. The owners are very nice and communicative, and there was hot water, but this is waaaay over priced. The pillows were probably the worst ive ever slept on, the mattress was good though and the access to all the channels on the tv was nice. But the NOISE! WOW!!! IF YOU YOU WANT A QUITE RELAXING BEACH TRIP THIS IS NOT IT.

Amazing and ver cozy Beach house so close to the beach and the host is super friendly and always quick to respond for any inquiry. Will definitely highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay here again!Exceed all our expectations!

Amazing View. Good host and they had everything in the room ( beach towel, beach chair, cooler, bag.) Affordable price and same amenities and more like a home for privacy. I loved it only issue was shower it was way slow but i would say that was the case in entire puerto rico even in hotel that i stayed in san juan called Casablanca same issue water in shower is way slow

This place was spotless. Communication was immediate. Great to have dedicated parking. There's a bar restaurant a few steps away that had great live music on a Monday night!!! Food good there too. Close to the beach & a few good dining options.

The place was amazing!! We stayed in the Penthouse and it was beautiful!! The owners are kind and accomodating. I have special diet needs and asked for a blender on site and they provided without a hitch. We couldnt get in with a code and within seconds, Alan answered his phone and remotely gave us access. Everything yoi need is provided. Towels, beach chairs, small kitchen with pans and dishes, amazing shower inside and one outside to rinse off feet, a deck and a patio, a charoal grill etc. Bed was super comfy and we had a designated parkings spot. Other vacation rentals could take lessons from these guys. We did not realize that we were next door to bars that play live music and it does echo. It does get loud. We learned that this was a thing in PR, pretty much part of the culture here. After the first night, we acclimated. I am not complaining, i just wasnt aware is all, so am putting that here as a heads up to otheelr guests. That is all. The curfew was 11 pm and then it was really quiet. We loved this place and will stay again for sure!!Thank you for the amazing place youve provided!!

My stay in The Happy Turtle room was beyond comfortable as I shared the studio apt. space with my two young adult kids. More than enough space was had by all and the bathroom was big, bright, clean, fully-stocked and of course mimicked the whole 'turtle theme throughout the apt !! Just so cute and contemporary designed. The turtle motif was cleverly found in all of the details throughout the apt. Comfortable beds, powerful cooling system and a fully stocked kichenette, beach towels, beach chairs and even yoga mats! Personal balcony overlooking the beautifully lush green tropical garden overlooking views of the ocean in the distance was sweet. Located conviently and the beaches are a few mins walk. Allan and Angelo, the owner/keepers, were so communicative and very resource with info and activities, places to eat, drink and experience. This is a must must if you're staying in this part of the island of Puerto Rico. Much different from San Juan. I AM that HAPPY TURTLE!

It's a well located good value efficiency. Very clean, and equipped with the essentials. Wit the only exception of the refrigerator the equipment is in great condition.

Absolutely my favorite place to stay. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need.

Beautiful room, super clean, corfortable, nice beds. We came for three days and extended for seven. Great experience!!

Amazing experience. I was skeptical due to pandemic atmosphere, but facilities were prepped and the Surf House is perfect since we had our own patio and Bbq area. The place is fantastic and the owner was great. He even helped us buying fresh-catched tuna!!! Will definitely be back soon!
