This place was perfection ! I don’t have enough nice things to say! Th apartment was very clean and smelled great! The space is comfortable. We are a family of 4 and I was very comfortable. Kitchen, fridge microwave all great! Bathroom is comfortable and clean! Everyone was so nice and the patio community area in the front is so cute, and kept very clean. The outdoor shower was convenient! Over all it was perfect and go the price?!? Just book it now! We will be coming back

Absolutely lovely hotel just steps from the beach. We have vacationed in this area for 20 years. First time staying at this location. It was all newly remodeled. The staff who was there to welcome us was very friendly. Everyone really went above and beyond.

I had an issue when I arrived. But the customer service was excellent.

Loved this cute motel!

The staff was very nice and wanted to get us our room asap even earlier then expected. It's older but clean and 2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Price point was great, easy check in. You can do street parking at a discount using their QR CODE they have posted. That made parking overnight less the. 25.00 and close to the hotel. Will stay there again.

A great little gem so close to the beach and in an area of Hollywood beach that’s quiet which I like. The people who service the place are extraordinarily nice and make you feel welcome. The other guests were chill and the place has a laid back feel. This is not new but retro. It’s super clean, sheets and towels are thick windows are soundproof and AC is above the wall is new super quiet and very cool. Only complaint is the fridge cycles constantly it woke me up at night because it’s so close to the bed. But other than that I still enjoyed my stay and would return.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this property. It was very clean, bed was comfortable. TV actually worked. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed. Price is great comparatively speaking. We would definitely stay there again.

Tiana Beach Inn has simple, clean rooms with small kitchens within a 2-minute walk from a lovely beach and the Broadwalk. There is a lovely outdoor sitting area and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Nothing fancy, but great for what it is.

Stay just good.

We enjoyed our stay at Tiana. The room was small and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were very fresh and clean. The only downside was the discovery of a few hairs in and around the bathroom, otherwise the stay was perfectly acceptable.

The property is older, dated with some upgrades. All in all it was clean but the studio unit was kind of cramped for two adults. The location to the beach and restaurants was good.

Update: They messaged me after seeing this review and called me a liar (claiming the remote did work and that we were told about parking). This is so callous and crazy that a hotel manager would go out of their way to create lies and call me a liar for posting the truth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No parking available for all rooms. They don't tell you this up front, but if you can't find a parking spot, you can park on the street but it costs over $72 for a 24 hour spot. That's way too much money. They blamed the city for their lack of parking, instead of leasing another spot. Roaches were in the closet (at least they were dead), the TV remote didn't work, they only gave me one key, and we had to pay a LOT for parking. We told the owners this and they claimed I was wrong. They insisted the TV remotes are checked daily (they weren't). I'm an automation engineer, I think I know how to use a remote.... Even though their response was horrid, they did finally do the right thing. They comped our night and cancelled the rest of our stay. We found a Hilton in Miami that was cheaper and a million times better.

This was a great little boutique hotel. Very charming. The managers were exceptional. The room itself was older. That’s what gave it it’s charm.
