Lovely hotel great location, couldn’t fault it

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s a gorgeous hotel! It has an amazing staircase in a marble lobby that looks like a museum or palace. You never open your own doors because it’s truly a 5 star hotel and's the check in is quick and informative. They are knowledgeable. They have a gym, spa, pool, 24 hour room service , and huge breakfast. For breakfast you can choose from Western or Asian cuisine. Hot or cold breakfast. And 6-10am are very good hours. The rooms, even the smallest ones are amazing with huge soaking tubs and separate showers with rain heads. The best part of the hotel, though is the staff. Hands down the staff is the very best of any hotel! And I have stayed in many 5 star hotels. They all speak English and Vietnamese and I am sure other languages too. But, they are the friendliest, kindest, and most professional staff I’ve encountered in my travels. I 100% recommend this hotel. Look no further and book your room now.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Ho Chi Minh. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel interior and decor is gorgeous. A special thanks to the staff at C’est La Vie restaurant whose exceptionally hospitable and their attention to detail made our visit extraordinary. They’re always available to assist with any request, offering customize meal and ensuring every aspect of our holiday was perfect. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Ho Chi Minh. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay absolutely memorable.

Staff very friendly

This is my second time of staying in this hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and highly recommended. Location is great with restaurants and supermarket nearby but you’ll not find it noisy. Hotel design is cozy and room is very clean and comfy. Staff is friendly for all positions from receptions, breakfast and bell boys.

Thank you Mai House Saigon for welcoming me. I had a wonderful stay in your hotel, everything was great and everybody was really nice, friendly and kind. The room was excellent and spacious. Food was also great. I only have two very little complaints: I stayed five days in your wonderful hotel, but I wasn’t able to watch any Olympics during my stay there - especially in the evening - because on tv there aren’t any sport channels. Lastly, I was hoping to get a little bit of a free late check out until 2pm because my flight was at 8pm, unfortunately I couldn’t stay any longer in my room, so I spend four hours at your hotel lobby although the hotel didn’t seem fully booked when I was there. As I said before, these are two little things. I would recommend this hotel to everybody who comes to HCMC, even I would come back again.

Second time staying at Mai House and will definitely be back whenever we go to Ho Chi Minh. Hotel rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is good and delicious too.

Lovely but a bit sterile and corporate .

Lovely hotel, clean, well maintained, good aircon, lovely staff etc. The room we had was exceptionally well sound proofed which was amazing after a hot day in the noise outside. The pool area is pretty small but serviceable. The only negative is the weird bathroom setup with a glass wall and slightly transparent curtain. Why is that a thing!

This might be my go to for every time I am in ho chi minh. Excellent stay and ameneties, the breakfast spread is top notch.

Staff was not friendly and breakfast everyday is the same

This is a true 5 star hotel with amazing staff. We were treated as VIP on every step, only because we booked Room with lounge access. I would love to come back to this hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel. So clean and the rooms were great. It’s a really big hotel with good amenities. Rooftop bar was good too but expensive. Good place to bring your friends up and hang out at night. The lobby was great, room was very clean. However the location wasn’t too great compared to other five star hotels. Often the place had a lot of traffic so leaving and coming back to the hotel was hard. Otherwise, good place and recommend.

Very nice hotel for the price. Front desk gentleman is a bit unfriendly but everything else very good.

Everything is great except the laundry charge is way too much , I only have 39 pieces of clothes including underwear’s and the charge is over $100 usd. That is crazy
