Our stay was awesome; the staff was great. Luis at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, we had arrived early and they found a room for us so we got a chance to relax before the football game. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We will be staying there again!

The stay was great as usual. On the first day, there was a leak in my bathroom. The maintenance staff had the issue fixed before I returned for the evening. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind and helpful.

Everything about the hotel was superb. I will be staying here everytime icome to the area. I have stayed at a lot of other hotels in my lifetime and none have ever come close to this one. From the staff, to the room, the pool, the parking on street level for free. I loved ot all!

The first night we checked in we went to the pool at night and there was this family with a bunch of kids running around being loud, throwing football, played loud music, their whole family filled up jacuzzi hottub all night, we couldn't get to use it. The second night we woke up to a party next door at 3-4am, being so loud talking, played music, slam the door, etc. Element usually our preference to stay because it's so nice and clean and big room. I know its not hotel's fault on guests action, but I wish they would monitor guests more and warn them if they disturb others. Other than those two we had a great stay.

The staff and general manager were great. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary drink for happy hour was also good. helpful at all times. The only thing is the hotel is in a flight pattern for planes taking off. If you stay at this hotel, bring noise cancelation headphones.

The only thing about my stay was the floor cleanliness. The carpet looks vacuumed, the hard floor was not mopped at all I don't know. My feet and the kids feet got dirty from walking around in the room only. Other than that, everything else was excellent to perfection. Kid friendly hotel is a plus. Would've been all five stars in each category but the floor cleanliness was dirty in my room. I didn't switch rooms though since I loved my room location and floor. It wasn't super bad to the point of switching rooms.
Definitely would still stay at this hotel again though. Liked the area and loved how the room was spacious and clean to a certain point.

Great place along the 101 if you’re visiting the Bay Area. Breakfast buffet was great and everyone in the family had something they liked. Lots of other families with kids, and the hotel had a family-friendly vibe. Safe surroundings as well.

Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem for me was that the scrambled eggs were really, really over cooked. It also would have been nice to have had a toaster and bread or english muffins to make toast. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely beautiful hotel. Friendly staff at check in and at the complimentary breakfast. Room was a multiple bed studio and was absolutely stunning. Super clean, comfortable and perfect for my family of 5. Pool was warm with pool side towels and a spa. Plenty of seating, both lounge and regular chairs.

This was a wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend it to any of my closest friends. Economically priced, clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, filtered water in the room so no need for plastic bottle purchases or waste, extended check-out time in relation to other hotels, quiet, and close to popular area venues.

The only downside was we told the front desk there wasn’t any soap in the shower and while we were out they dropped off more hand soap instead of adding any shower soap. So we went two days without shower soap having to use hand soap.
There was also a weird drip coming from the middle of the shower of very cold water. Idk
But, needs were comfortable, room was great size and it was clean throughout hotel.

We had a pleasant one night stay at The Element in Santa Clara. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. I was pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast with tasty options from the kitchen and espresso machine. The staff were welcoming, and I look forward to returning when I am next in the area.

New and stylish, Element is comfortable and the rooms are well thought out. Kitchen sink, papertowels, etc. Glassware and plates. Bedsides well-equipped for charging.
