I liked my stay at the Waves Hotel. I liked the contential breakfast offered. It was close to the boardwalk. My second stay.

Nice and clean great costumers service

The hotel was so clean perfect location. Everything was so nice. The hotel needs terrace and a gathering area may the lobby needs more spaces to allow the guests to stay a while as a relaxing time.

The location was perfect and it was close to everything. The room was nice and clean overall we would stay at this hotel again.

The front desk overnight staff member on July 25, 2024 was incredible. He went above and beyond and was very friendly. Great customer service.

The property waw close.to the boardwalk and clean. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was great and breakfast was a nice surprised when having 3 kids. No complaints. Will definitely stay again

I was ok with parking because I stayed off-season. But I doubt there is enough parking with easy access if the hotel is full.

Waves was clean and very friendly. One thing I didn’t like was they took your keys to your car and moved it.

I was told the property is only five years old. I say bravo. Great addition to Wildwood. I have stayed only at the Pan American in recent years because my experience with the smaller motels/hotels pre-pandemic was not good. Nice staff, but dingy smelling facilities at places other than the Pan American pre-pandemic. Well, The Waves is clean, and while rooms are on the smaller size, you will have everything you need including a good size fridge. Our third-floor room safe did not work and they need to invest in a lined shower curtain and install a safety bar in the bathroom because the nice tile in the wall is slippery, but I was pleased with the clean facility, especially the clean room which smelled clean - great - instead of like a chemically-based air freshener. Many air fresheners are not healthy, so glad they did not have any. The staff was friendly, but sometimes they were lost in conversation when you would pass them by. Stilll in all, they were nice and appreciated your business. I did not have time to take advantage of the breakfast. I would stay again.

It was very nice vacation. Reception and services are excellent

The only issue was the shower door woobled a bit and that allowed the water to get on the floor. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Breakfast is non existent. I don’t think they even care about it at all . Very disappointing.

Hotel was clean and VERY convenient to hit the boardwalk and Morey's Piers (it is right by the "Great White" roller coaster) Had to leave keys for parking but it was totally understandable and no problem (I only had to "wait" to get my car out once and there wasn't really any wait since as soon as I was in my car and ready to back out I could) Staff was super friendly and helpful (When I arrived late and tired from driving staff member offered to park car for me since I was having trouble knowing were I needed to park) Breakfast wasn't amazing but with the other options in the area I really didn't utilize it anyway other than to grab a yogurt on the way to our fishing charter early in the morning If I ever come back to Wildwood this hotel will be top of my list

Staff was good and rooms where updated and nice

The rooms are smaller than they appear online. The space between the dresser and bed only one person can walk through at a time.

The rooms are spacious but the pool is small and only 5ft deep.

We stayed 2 nights and it was great. Staff was super friendly, room was clean, bed comfortable and the location was perfect. 2 minite wal to the heart of the boardwalk. Excellent experience!

The hotel room was very clean and was perfect for me and my girlfriend. The staff were nice as well. The maid service for the room was very good as well always had fresh towels and garbage was always emptied. And location of the hotel only being a block from the boardwalk is a big plus as well. Only downside was the halls were a little narrower than me and my girlfriend are used to, and the parking was really tight as well. (For disclosure I had a bigger car hence why it was tighter. A smaller car fits perfect), but it’s understandable because majority of the hotels in wildwood are like that so no complaints. Just something to keep in mind. But overall the entire stay at the Waves hotel was perfect for me and my girlfriend especially for my girlfriend being it was her first time in wildwood. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone that I know that is looking into going to wildwood for a vacation. Also would gladly come back in the future as well.
