No restaurant available on property only a small coffee shop. service was good. didnt like that they didnt provide lotion and when i asked for one they bought one just for me. this was really commendable.

The ambiance,they have a garden that is absolutely beautiful. They also have a cafe. The cafe staff and front desk friendly and helpful.

Great spacious place to stay with wonderful staff! Thanks to Emily for the numerous recommendations, all of which were a hit for us! Only thing to be conscious of is the location and would recommend that you have a rental car if you are staying at RH Boutique Hotel. If you have a car, this is a great home base with easy access to the entire island and you will certainly enjoy your stay!

Perfect as a home base for exploring the island. Great for kids and super clean. On site restaurant was supper convienant.

My gf and I booked a “deluxe queen w two twin beds” we were given a room with only two twin beds(separated by a nightstand attached to the wall so we couldn’t push them together). They overbooked the hotel and maybe saw two female names & decided to give us two twin beds idk.. but I was upset bc the room was not as advertised.. it was small/dark/window facing the wall so no sun coming through :/ After explaining that we are a couple & we paid for a queen bed we were still stuck there for a night! The following day we were given the room we originally booked and was made to seem like a favor or something special they did & were told we won’t need to pay for upgrade fees! Well I would HOPE not bc we literally already paid for the room.. second room was on the first floor near the pool. It was great aside from the bed being so hard! we both woke up in pain numerous times. The check in process was long bc you have to download an app/use Bluetooth to unlock your room.. cool but inconvenient if your phone dies. The cafe was beautiful, very good coffee & friendly staff :) we were given a promo to get free breakfast if we wrote a review (1 breakfast per room). Wanted a late check out & was told it’ll be 50$ EVEN given the circumstances of our 1st night. Asked for new towels the last day, mentioned my gf was sleeping & to please leave them outside.. housekeeper still banged on the door & woke her up :( will not return or recommend & think reviews are biased from the cafe promo!

Hidden Gem! So clean and beautiful! The cafe connected has amazing food and great service. I would suggest maybe a rental car but if you are going to areas like Eagle beach and near the strip of bars/food the taxis aren’t expensive. Room was extremely clean and Eemee was so sweet and always helpful. Make sure to download what’s app if you need a taxi and to also be able to communicate with the front desk if you need anything. Eduardo is the night security and makes sure you are always safe and he opens the door to let you in even before you get out the taxi! Such a wonderful experience they deserve a full house of guest.

My stay at RH Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Not only was the staff so welcoming and friendly they were extremely helpful from beginning to the end!! We were checked in by Emily and when I say she was phenomenal I feel like that's an understate as she was just the best!!! The room was so clean and smelled so good!! Every morning they cleaned and left it smelling wonderful. To top it off we were given a complementary bottle of Sparkling Wine for the New Year!! The garden oh my goodness is absolutely stunning, the food from the cafe was yummy and appetizing!! I recommend everyone to give this place a visit just absolutely lovey!!

Very much recommended place for stay outside of the Aruba downtown crowd. You may need a car to get around from this place. Coffee shop is really great and they provide some breakfast options. Sweet crepe is a must try and mango smoothie.. Rooms and pools were clean.

We loved our stay, we came to Aruba for our honeymoon and we wish we could live here forever! All the staff go above and beyond, Jurstin and Emily were so helpful. We hired our car through the hotel. The room was immaculately clean, modern and well decorated. The cafe on site was very tasty, the Aruban breakfast was my favourite and the soursop milk based drink. Haniel and the team at the cafe were so welcoming too. I’d recommend hiring a car while staying in Aruba. I’d definitely stay here again

Had the most amazing experience during my stay at RB Hotel. From check in to check out everyone was very welcoming, helpful and very kind. Emily at front of house from my first day helped me with my luggage, then arranged car rental for me and was very helpful with sites to visit and tours and endlessly and patiently sending me messages with directions to places I want to visit. The housekeeping staff are also very warm and welcoming and did an excellent job of cleaning the rooms and providing supplies. The ambience is quiet and peaceful with beautiful grounds. This has been one of my favourite holidays and I look forward to going back to Aruba, the happy island. The staff here did everything to ensure my comfort and stay in Aruba was a beautiful and restful one and they succeeded exceeding my expectations. Thank you Emily, Judith, Linda and everyone else and God bless you loads

The staff was so friendly and kind! Honestly, I didn't expect much when we pulled up and just saw gates. When the gates open, you see a beautiful outdoor cafe area, parking and pool area. The hotel building itself isn't much to look at outside but the inside was clean, well decorated and had nice personal touches. My boyfriend and I agreed that we would like to come stay here again.

The property was beautiful and very well managed. The rooms are nicely cleaned. The staff are very nice and friendly! Especially the housekeeper Yudy. She is truly is an amazing person. The one thing that I didn't really like was that the cafe wasn't open very long. I personally don't think that it was convenient, especially during the afternoon going on evening. Other than that, the property and people are absolutely amazing!

Very very clean and friendly professional staff, property well maintained. Quint quiet place in a nice neighbourhood, location is close to Oranjestad, supermarkets, gasstation. Rooms are nice and modern, and cozy coffeeshop for breakfast/lunch/dinner, very romantic setting in the gardens

All the ladies that work, there, and gentlemen, very kind and thoughtful. The pictures that I saw on Expedia was exactly what we got. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of weights in the gym but I guess beggars can’t be choosers the treadmill worked well.

The property was in a neighborhood. There was a secure gate that opened and closed with a remote button. Once inside the parking was cramped. The facility was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Small apartment size fridge and a tiny ice cube tray. We had to go to the office daily for more ice. We were told they did not have an ice machine but were glad to accommodate us. It's hot in Aruba and to go without ice...not happening. Internet and television did not work regularly, frustrating. When staff was notified they tried to handle our concerns immediately. We noticed upgrades were being done to the internet while we were there. But during our visit the internet and television did not work properly 😕we stayed for 20 days. We would come back for a short stay only.
