Have only stayed at Encore in Vegas and it was SO MUCH BETTER. Very limited food options outside of the casino in Boston & no ability to bring a wine glass up to the room. ?!?! Seaport is their premier seafood restaurant and the oysters were not cleaned properly / gritty. Overall super disappointed with Encore Boston - expensive & not as good as vegas for the $$.

Encore boston is such a beautiful luxurious hotel and casino. My husband and I were only in town one night, but we did not want to leave! Every detail inside and out was top notch. The grounds outside and decor inside are stunning. Every employee is polished, kind, attentive and professional. The smoke free casino is so vibrant with plenty of food and drink options. (Our favorite was the hidden speakeasy!) Most impressive of all was how massive the "basic" hotel room and bathrooms are. I felt like a celebrity staying there. So elegant and relaxing, I can't wait to return.

I spent so much on the room, I didn't have much left for playing the games or eating at the restaurants. It's a great property but I'm not sure I'd return if that ratio doesn't change. Plus, there was a long wait for breakfast and nearly 10 empty tables. We were turned away with the wait and left.

The room was great but I was woken up at 6:15 am to banging and loud noises, assuming it was loud neighbors i tried to ignore it. Then I heard drilling at 7:15 and went downstairs and confirmed there was construction going on on the floor above and was told it would be shut down. I was told to give it 10 minutes and it would stop. It did not stop so I called down to the front desk (as I was told to do if it didn’t stop) I was told again they were telling them to stop. The noise didn’t stop until around 11:30 am. The manager was nice enough to give us an extra 2 hours for check out but I would have rather been able to sleep. We got back to our room at 2 after a concert and I was disappointed for the amount of money I spent I couldn’t get more than 4 hours of sleep.

Amazing stay. Lots of food options that are affordable, also great high end options. Was disappointed that the steakhouse was closed on a Wednesday, but we found a steakhouse nearby. The free parking was key to having guests/business partner meetings.
