This is the place if you wish to stay in a quiet place outside the centre of HCMC, we loved if and it’s cheap and easy to get a Grab to the center, takes only half an hour. Unfortunately they are not allowed to use the boat shuttle any longer due to some government regulations. We had a Luxury Room with river view, number 803 in the last floor. We stayed for two nights and had diner at the river restaurant both nights and again, service and food great. Breakfast outstanding with lots of a la carts choices, superb! Don’t muss to get a sundowner on the roof terrace with view on the skyline of the city. The room is chic and elegant and you have all amenities you can think off. The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist you.

A short stay at Mia Saigon - A peaceful retreat away, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of District 1 but only 20 mins taxi ride away if needed. The location by the river, the large suite room and friendly service were highlights. Recommended

A Memorable Stay at Mia Saigon Luxury Hotel. Do not miss the chance to stay at this beautiful Hotel!! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Mia Saigon, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I particularly loved the great pool and sea view from the balcony. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff were very friendly, and always ready to assist and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s dining options were fantastic! We enjoyed breakfast at Kitchen by the River, where the selection was impressive and the food delicious. The hotel is located in District 2, and It was easy to get around. Overall, my stay at Mia Saigon was wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommended

If you want luxury, this is the place to go! I’m not a city person so I loved being by the water to have quiet time. Whatever service you want, they can provide. Thanh and Hue (Henry) were so kind and chatting with Emilie was a pleasure (staff in training). When my stomach was unsettled they suggested ginger tea and it helped a lot. I loved the swimming pool and the restaurant. Because it’s a smaller hotel everyone is very personable and I prefer that. I had to leave a day early and I asked if a relative could stay in my room and they said yes. I stayed in the junior suite and kind deluxe (one night) and loved my rooms. I will be back!

I recently stayed at Mia Resort, which was advertised as a luxury hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, the communication was poor at best. I received incorrect information prior to check-in, setting the tone for a frustrating stay. Upon checking in, I was surprised to find my room decorated for a "Happy Anniversary." There was no anniversary to celebrate, making this an embarrassing and unnecessary addition to the room. Later that night, the power went out, and we were not informed that the air conditioning would need to be manually reset. This resulted in our baby's room becoming dangerously warm. Babies are particularly vulnerable to overheating, and in the worst-case scenario, this could have been fatal. We only discovered the situation thanks to an alarm on our baby monitor warning of the heat. To add to the discomfort, there was a persistent banging noise in the room that the hotel staff could not identify or resolve. This noise made it difficult for our baby to nap, compounding the stress of the situation. Although the banging eventually stopped, the hotel never figured out what it was. Miss Quinn, the front desk manager, took over the communication and did her best to assist us. However, despite all the issues we faced, there was no effort to compensate for our troubles.
