Most of it was good but I did have problems with the TV (you have to wait several minutes to get a signal). Also there was a light in the fan that was always on like a low beeming light. Finally it was bit noisy maybe because of the area.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful lobby with 365° view of downtown. Close to the best mall in San Domingo. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. With a great variety. Nice lounge with large TVs to watch sport. The room or suite is reasonable size but it has everything you need Dishwasher microwave nice view of the city. Overall, I loved that five stars. There is a bar in terrace on the top floor with a small swimming pool, but I never used it. But if you want to go there and have a drink it’s perfect except that , I did not enjoy it because he doesn’t have air-conditioning and I love the Caribbean weather but when it is too hot, I prefer to be in air-conditioning.

The parking garage is very small and very hard to get in and out of. So you really have to be careful. But the hotel itself is very nice and very clean. Staff was very nice.

The roof top bar , rooms were awesome . The pool is very small though .. the food was good and the bartender speaks English and was A very nice guy

I liked how the staff handled themselves, the courtesy, I loved the breakfast. The only thing was that I had submitted an error because I received someone else's name in my email. I presented it at the front desk and they told me they would follow up on it and I never received a response, apart from that everything is fine.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I really liked that the area was safe and you could walk to everything. I would definitely go back .

It was a great stay! Conveniently located (across the street from Blue Mall), quiet and accessible. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer to really enjoy the facilities. Their lobby and fantastic view of the city from it was GREAT! Definitely recommended!

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They were super attentive and the breakfast was great! I loved my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone staying from outside the country as this area felt very safe.

Their HONESTY really stands out!!!!! We left behind a gold necklace valued around 5,000 t0 6,000 US Dollars and we were able to get it back! Unbelievable!!! but yes is true!
We will be back whenever we visit the DR.

Staff members at the counter where rude and inexperienced using the system to provide correct information and copies of invoices for the transactions made. In addition, they wanted to charge $50 usd for checking out 1 day earlier without any explanation where this fee was included in the conditions of the stay.
