We would give this spectacular hotel ten stars if we could! Our room (406 with 2 queens) was spacious and ultra comfortable, with careful attention to design and convenience. Super comfortable bed, fantastic shower, separate toilet, tons of storage and counterspace, and many other great amenities. What makes this hotel stand out even more is the service. The front desk was able to accommodate any request we had, even loaning us accessories we forgot! From them to the valet and restaurant staff, every employee was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We can’t wait to come back!

Very user unfriendly/inhospitable systems. Could not room charge at the bar. Excuse was 3d party vendor but I have owned hotels with 3d party F&B vendors and room charges were never an issue. Technology was awkward. Signage was wholly inadequate. No access from “front” of hotel that gps systems direct drivers to. Very unprofessional/amateur operation. Almost like mgmt taken over by students with no real world experience. Staff/people were nice but system was awful

We’ve stayed at this hotel the past four times we’ve visited Asheville. We come back as the hotel is beautiful, super dog friendly, central location that is walking distance to everything and we love how their suites are layout and the staff is super friendly and always so accommodating.

We were happily surprised with the beauty, comfort, friendliness, and class of this hotel. We decided to pop down for the 5-6PM appetizer and drink welcome in the lobby. What a treat! The appetizer was phenomenal and the drink, perfect. So lovely! We absolutely look forward to a return visit as this will always be our Asheville hotel. Thank you!

Loved every detail of the hotel’s service and facilities. Every person working at the hotel was super friendly and professional- especially Adam who checked us in. The 5-6 wine hour was especially lovely - what a way to relax and get ready for the evening! Excellent.. will come again.

Stay was amazing. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable with modern touches. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left champagne and chocolate in the room along with a nice note. This was our first time in Asheville and we will definitely stay here in the future.

Lovely hotel, very good location. All staff members we encountered were very friendly, kind and helpful. The only issue was with the hot water… on day one of our stay, the water was tepid at best, on day two it was somewhat better but still not good, days three and four it was fine but on the morning of the last day, we had to take showers with cold water! Whatever the issue is, it needs to be addressed. Other than that, our stay was extremely pleasant!

We are pretty brand loyal and mostly stay at Marriotts. We had such a great experience this week at your hotel. The service was impeccable. Love the space you have created. We traveled with our dog and the Kimpton is the perfect spot in Asheville. Centrally located and impeccably clean and well designed. The bathrooms were particularly nice. Only issue was that the hotel advertises as having EV charging, however there are only two spots shared with another hotel which means we were unable to recharge the car overnight. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay. The 5-6pm happy hour was a nice touch also.
