Property next door has grass so high you cannot see when you pull out onto the road. This is hazardous with oncoming traffic.

Ran out of coffee and breakfast around 9am. The door to room 102 was really loud when opened. Made a loud rubbing noise. Too tight. Room was clean but not enough hooks or lights. Thank you.

The staff was extremely helpful, professional and had great attitudes! Highly recommend.

Overall, the hotel was ok. The breakfast was very poor.

We traveled with a 4 year old and 6 year old. Room was clean upon arrival. We were told that housekeeping was offered every other day and that if we needed anything else to let the front desk know. The only turn-down services we asked for were clean towels and bath mats, and to have the trash emptied. We asked this on day 1 and came back to clean towels but no bath mat and trash wasn't emptied. Day 2 - again, we asked for the same things - clean towels and bath mats and to have trash emptied. We came back to find our wet towels still on the floor and no trash emptied. I went to the front desk to explain what happened and the lady was very apologetic. She was the only person working at this point and all she could find was 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel to offer us. She also found a couple of hand towels. Still no bath mat. I asked about our trash and was told I would probably have to empty it myself. She also said she would make sure our trash was emptied and we had clean towels and a bath mat tomorrow... which we finally got on Day 3, but we did not even get enough towels for all 4 people. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m. daily. On Day 1 of our stay, by 8 am, it was picked through for a Saturday morning. I had read other reviews that this was the case and it held true. I grabbed 2 milks for my kids to drink later. This was July 20th. My kids asked for the milk on July 22nd, only to find out it had expired before we had even chexked in to the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. So convenient if going to airport. Fun bar and food was good.

The hotel is nice. It is out at the airport.so.there is not anything out by the hotel. Hotel has a bar and bar food. Breakfast was not good. Would stay here again. Staff friendly.

We were given a room with a queen bed instead of the king bed we reserved. It was late at night so we didn’t have the energy to try and get a different room. The room was kept really hot when we got in there so it took a bit to cool off.

Check in and other services were great. Staff is helpful and friendly. We had a King and Pull-out room. The pull-out is terribly uncomfortable.

Came in for short trip, this Hotel was perfect, The shuttle service was amazing to and from the airport! The breakfast was on point! Definitely 5 stars from me!

Convenient location,clean and quiet.

I was happily amazed with the entire experience. We had an issue with the tv and they went out of their way to move us to another room without us lifting a finger. I will stay there again. The staff was very hospitable.

Is extremely nice and helpful staff. Gym was spotless. Literally walking distance from the airport which was exactly what I was looking for.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Blinds were falling down, lamp shade was crooked, and the door stuck badly.

I booked this hotel because it was minutes away from the airport. I had a 5 am flight It was perfect I Loved that the washer and dryer were free for the guest .
