Beautiful

Really liked the fitness center, better than most.

It was just a halfway point heading home from vacation, so we were only there for one night. But this was a very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and quiet! Would stay here again if in the area.

It was a quick couple's get away...just an overnight to slip away from work and family for the evening. It was perfect

The check in was very easy. The person was very helpful and friendly. The room layout could have been a bit better as it was difficult to set up the sofa bed. The pool was beautiful but cold!! I’d stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

This building is located far enough away from the interstate that it s pretty quiet, yet close to all of the restaurants nearby.

Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was subpar. Limited choices. Luke warm at best. Expect better for 8:45 on a Sunday morning. The staff was friendly

It was good but the wall paper was falling in one wall but overall good experience.

Had so poor customer service at check-in We stoped by early and provided all proofs for check-in do to events we were in town for when we returned lady at check-in said she could see recheck-in but need all proofs again and I did not have something’s with me And that’s why we per-checked in Also pool was great but much smaller then expected (like four people was a lot) but pool are and pool was very nice salt water!

The bed is listed as a king sized bed, but it is accually a California King which is narrower and longer than and average king. The people working there acted like they did not want to be there and acted like they did not want me there either. Also my husband got bit twice during the night by potentially a spider, they we big red and swollen with a large white center and blisters. You may want to spray....

Nice, spacious room. Very clean. Initially only had 3 sets of towels/washcloths for 4 guests on the reservation, so had to ask for another. Faucet in bathroom was very loose-glossy, and the iron in the closet was very leaky, couldn’t be used for steam ironing. Continental breakfast was quite good, included turkey sausage, which I appreciated as a non-pork eater. I would stay here again.

We came in for my daughter's graduation- and everybody was so nice and helpful.

We Stayed at the Spring Hill Suites for a few days to visit some friends who had recently moved to Jackson TN. The hotel staff was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The room as well as the whole hotel were clean. Bed matress was firm, not plush. Overall this was a warm and welcoming hotel that offered a very comfortable stay for a few nights. Well done!

Was a wonderful place to stop for the night after a long day of driving. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, convenient accommodation. I will definitely look for springhill in the future.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament right around the corner. The kids loved the gym and being able to all hang out around the hotel. It was nice having the pullout mattress and the couch for extra sleeping areas.

The stay was decent. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We were there 2 nights. Our room did not get cleaned, beds did not get made, and had to go get our own fresh towels from from desk.

The mattress needs replaced. It sags to the middle. There was dust behind the TV. The bathroom sink didn’t want to drain. Breakfast was ok, but not impressive.

I love staying at Springhill suites. I love the extra room and the friendly people at work here.

Checkin was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Zero complaints.

Our room was generally clean, except for some areas that could be cleaned with bleach better. There was also a small ladybug infestation we dealt with all 3 nights of our stay. The shower pressure was incredibly weak which was very disappointing. The room door also took forever to close (had to push it to shut), and the deadbolt didnt work at all. Otherwise the beds were decently comfortable and the A/C and fridge worked fine. Staff was very friendly. Sheets were clean. I would have given this 3.5 stars but you cant leave a half. I gave it 4 because the hotel itself was very clean. Hallways, lobby, and parking lot were well maintained. Good area as well. We didnt partake in the complimentary breakfast, so I cant speak to that.

Hous keeping was horrible

We paid over $300 for two nights and one day. I picked this hotel, because I've stayed here in the past and had a pleasant experience. Check in was easy, our room was nice. The curtains were hanging off the track on the top corner, and room was extremely bright in the morning so We got up early and had breakfast,and went back to the room to get some rest. We were woken up to the sound of the fire alarm going off. They called the room after about 15 minutes to let us know it was an annual fire inspection. But given that we were only staying here for one day to get some rest it would have been nice to know that the fire alarm would be going on and off for over an hour in hour. For the price we paid, i was just hoping for a better experience. I requested a receipt when we left, and was told we have to get one from the 3rd party we booked through. Which is extremely understandable, but now we have an additional forty dollar charge on our card.
