Nice spot, great location and first class attention to guests requests

We found this little gem last minute and we are so glad we did, we have been in Italy for 2-1/2 weeks from the Amalfi to the Calabria region ending here in Napoli. It was by far the best we have stayed in, reasonable priced and it included free breakfast. Marco our host did a top notch job of making our stay the best it could have ever been.

Excelent location with amazing service. Marco was at our disposal the entire time and made our stay truly special. 10/10 would reccomend.

Great boutique hotel, well located in Naples. Close to the subway, port, train station and main attractions. Like the other reviews have said, Marco is very helpful and responsive to requests.

Amazing visit! Marco was super responsive and the check in was very easy. The room itself was impeccable. Everything was so clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! The doors opened up onto the Main Street but when closed, the sound proofing was amazing and you could not hear anything. Plus the location is so convenient and walking distance from so much of Napoli. I would recommend Dimora Duomo to anyone who is visiting Napoli!!

Great hotel and service!

A very spacious, clean room and a great welcome from Marco. Convenient for the historic centre. However, the rate per night seems a little expensive.

Marco was an excellent host and the property was clean and well-located on quiet street. Breakfast options were very nice and the room was modern with a nice view. I would highly recommend staying here!

The property is clean, and quiet. I like that it is an old building with modern conveniences. Our room is on the 5th floor and I am glad for the elevator! Housekeeping is consistent at making our room clean and tidy while we were out for the day. Front desk is responsive to queries and for making pick up arrangements. The location is 20 mins. from the train station so it is convenient when visiting other towns (e.g. Caserta). There are also plenty of dining options around the property, as well as being close to the historic city center.

While staying in Naples, my husband and I chose Dimora Duomo as our accommodation. It did not disappoint! One of the biggest highlights of the stay was definitely Marco! Prior to our arrival in Naples, he sent information about the location, asked if we wanted a drive from the train station and made sure we were all set for our stay. Upon arrival, Marco offered courteous and friendly service. Even a map of all of the things to see! The room was VERY spacious and was even set up with Netflix, such a treat! The bathroom was nice, but most importantly, the space was very clean! The accommodation offered a very generous daily breakfast brought to your room. You could choose from MANY options ! What a treat! I definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting Naples. The location is also very central! Close to the downtown core, the train station, but away from the chaos.

Marco looked after us very well. The property is conveniently situated to walk to the old town, Spanish quarter and port. The room was comfortable and breakfast in the room was good.

My wife, son and I arrived at Dimora Duomo to a warm welcome from Marco. Then the fun began… A few hours later we had an unforeseen medical emergency leading to a trip to two hospitals, visits to accident and emergency and a lot of stress. Marco provided service above and beyond what we could have asked, helping with taxis and advice to ensure we could enjoy as much of our stay as possible. Thank you, Marco! The property itself is excellent. Clean, modern and comfortable. Located on a busy street but with excellent sound proofing. Near to the historic centre and within walking distance of the main sights. A great base for a visit to Naples.

I stayed for a week with my friend. The hotel is lovely and Macro is very helpful and easy to contact. I loved the shower. It is in a great location.

Dimora Duomo is a lovely hotel in Naples. It’s in a great location to explore the historic centre of the city. Our room was a great sized family room with all the facilities we needed. It was super clean and well maintained. Lots of charging points! The staff are really welcoming and offered helpful tips about places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I stayed at the Dimora Duomo for 2 nights (2 adults, one child). The room was spacious, very clean, and in excellent condition. The sheets were clean and crisp. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Marco greeted us upon arrival and provided a map of the city with suggestions. He was available to answer any questions at all times (what’s App). We selected breakfast items from a menu the night before and chose the delivery time to our room. Very convenient. We walked everywhere. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very hospitable.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here in the heart of Naples. We found everything very accessible and Marco was fantastic and very helpful. He helped us with taxi transfers on 2 occasions and both were super quick and convenient.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and modern. Above all, Marco (from the hotel staff) was the best. He was proactive to make sure my wife and I had the best experience. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Naples.

I selected Dimora Duomo for its central location to everything we wanted to do. I wanted to be convenient to the train station for our trip to Pompeii/Vesuvius, close to the port to take a ferry to Capri, and close to the Archeological museum. This place was a reasonable walk to all those locations - plus close to a metro had we wanted to shorten our walks. Despite being on a busy street the room was quiet. Nice comfy bed, and my son had a sofa bed that was different from others - the bed pulled out from under the sofa and popped up rather than being part of the sofa - so none of the bars that sometimes make sofa beds uncomfortable. Marcos was super helpful leading up to the trip and upon arrival. He identified ferry times for Capri and told us how to get there. He presented many restaurant options on a map - we loved his first pizza recommendation so much we went twice in our two days! The staff took our breakfast order and then delivered it to our room in the mornings. When I travel abroad I avoid big chains because I want a more genuine experience. But I also want comfort. This place fit what I was looking for. And reasonably priced as well!

The place is really good, the staff was always in direct communication with me to make sure that we were having a great service. The room was very comfy for a family of 4. Definitely will recommend it

The property is a hidden gem in the middle of the city. Close walking distance to shopping, food and train station. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. But the key is the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Marco reached out the day before our arrival to confirm our arrival time and be sure the room was ready. He arranged for transportation at our request and gave Fantastic dining recommendations upon arrival. Service was truly outstanding and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Naples. Highly recommended!
