We went to Helsinki for a football match. We stayed at the noli for 3 nights. It was self check in. (we went to the wrong one at first that was next door) we aventually found the right place. This place was very good. A small apartment with all amenities you need and comfortable and clean. I Really enjoyed it here and it was ideal for a couple. You get free use of the gym and sauna and also billiards. The nearest tram is only one minute away and the city center can be walked to in ten minutes and Harbour in ten minutes also. I would stay here again if in Helsinki and recommend it.

Everything was modern and clean. Facilities are spasious, sauna, steam room, gym. Room is comfortable. Location is great and close to transportion links. Left with happy memories.

The Noli Studios was a fantastic place to stay. The gym is fantastic, and the provided meal vouchers were a very good value. The location was excellent.

The property was clean and provided everything we needed. However, the bed was a bit narrow and the lack of a tv was disappointing. Also, as much as we enjoyed the breakfast it was a bit repetitive after four days.

Very comfortable, attractively furnished and spacious room with everything you could need. Check-in process was straightforward, although we were a little concerned that we didn't receive the building code until quite late on the day of our arrival, as we were arriving outside reception hours. Our concern was misplaced, though, and everything went smoothly. Location was convenient, very close to Viking ferry line.

This place is great--apartments are well-appointed with everything necessary. The vibe is young, with emphasis on shared common spaces and amenities like the gym. But, as an older couple, we were very comfortable.

Check in is self guided, through an access code that they send you via email. The quality of the room is subpar and the overall environment feels like a hostel. Examples include having to rent out a TV for a night for five euro, a very thin mattress for the bed and hair on the bedding and mould in the bathroom. The communal area down stairs gives off a hostel vibe. If you like staying in hostels this may be the place for you, although it is pitched for higher end market – it is not the reality.

They responded very quickly for any wishes before our stay. The tram stop was 2 minutes by foot from the hotel. The area around the Hotel was very nice for evening walks

What an incredible find! This place was amazing- there’s a gym, sauna, co-working spaces and game rooms downstairs, plus the room are amazing with kitchens, laundry, private bathroom and even a small living room. These are designed as furnished apartments abd the decor is lovely! The neighborhood is an easy walk to everything in downtown Copenhagen. You will love this place!

Other two rooms I booked were great, but not this one: The window was broken and didn’t open, the room wasn’t really clean (dusty, dirty/stained cups, dead and alive flies inside). I told the staff and was offered to have the room changed; but it was already after I had unpacked and started laundry by the time I realized the condition of the room and I was too tired to move as I had to leave early in the morning.

It’s was close to many restaurants, as well as the harbor. Very clean. Room was small but work well for us. We were there in August so it was warm and there is no AC.

This is what one will need to have a good and practical stay in Helsinki. Very good value for the money.
We would. Have liked a refill of the coffee and tea bags in the room and other small details to make it perfect but there is what one will need. It is tidy and it works.

The small studio is perfect for one person, with an easy walking distance of Helsinki City Center and all the transportation options available there. We enjoyed visiting the market vendors at the waterfront, just a 5-minute walk away. Rumors kept clean and well maintained. Maintained. Shared facilities were very nice to have available if needed. Very nice to have a washing machine available In the room.

Excellent location, great size apartments and the common areas (lounge/rooftop terrace etc) were great. Comfortable beds.
My only feedback would be the floors in the rooms needed a proper clean with a mop and some odour eliminator in the fridge may be useful!

Perfect place to stay if you are staying in Helsinki for a week or longer. It is incredible accessible by public transport, you have all necessities like grocery stores and pharmacies near you, the tram ride to central is only around 10 minutes, and worst case the walk to central is only 20 minutes. You can get to anywhere in Helsinki pretty easily. Communication is easy and straight forward, just like pretty much anything in the hotel, so even if you have any issues, it is all solved in a matter of a few minutes.
