This was a really nice experience. The check in process was good. The beds were comfy. There is a nice balcony up the top of the stairs with complimentary snacks and drinks. It’s in good walking distance to the train station.

We liked the area we stayed in, felt like the outer suburbs, although it takes time to explore to the more populated areas. Having joined two single beds is not ideal with your partner…We paid for one bed but did not get it, we tried to change but they said they’re too overbooked to make changes. Overall thanks for the experience…we just love the city

Great boutique hotel, very clean and room was a good size, free coffee and snack and some soft drinks . Very near train but far enough it was not congested. Only thing is no staff from 5 am to about 9 am. You can reach them by phone but if you come that time message hotel so they have staff waiting for you .

Great hotel, very clean nice rooms has free snacks and juice. Staff very nice. No staff early in morning until about 5 am 9 am but there is a phone number to call if you need.

Room was spacious, staff difficult to find but when found very helpful. Property is nice and the provided coffee, snacks and drinks are a plus. The rooftop space is very nice and convient.

The workers were some of the nicest people you'll meet. We were worried about catching a cab and one of the workers made aure we got one that could accommodate all of our luggage. The rooftop area is wonderful and well maintained. We brought breakfast and late dinner there many days. The location is conceniently between Hatagaya station and Sasazuka station, so once you learn how the train system works you're good to go.

Wonderful stay. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Located in the middle of a residential area away from a lot of tourists. Two train stations and a bus station nearby so it’s easy to get anywhere.

They were very nice, rooms were big for tokyo standards, and the 8 min walk from sasazuka station was convenient, the the free espresso on the roof was great. I saw a couple of reviews about slightly stiff beds but didn't think much of it & thought they might have even fixed the issue since. The beds are pretty hard and did have a negative impact on our trip. Not getting a good nights sleep makes it more difficult to get over jet lag, and makes active days walking around a bunch a bit rough. I know it was the beds because we did end up waking up through the night and when we stayed overnight at another hotel with normal beds we felt great.

Great location, you can walk to most things and staff is excellent. They even packed us up a bagged lunch for our early am flight and made sure our taxi was there for us. Highly recommended this hotel

Loved the rooftop view. There’s no breakfast option but plenty of eating places nearby. Beds were really hard so we both ended up with sore backs. Staff were really helpful and English speaking was reasonable. Convenient to train system.

Average place to stay is there's only two people. 4 people in one right I find it too tight but but we had our own beds. Very clean, walking distance from main shopping street. I felt safe around the area.

Room was pretty spacious for Tokyo and was comfortable for our group of 4. The free snacks and drinks provided was a nice touch and we enjoyed them very much. The walk to the train was a little far but buses were close. Not too many restaurants nearby but the Lawson’s was pretty close and convenient for food. Would stay here again.

Staff and housekeepers are friendly and helpful. Bedsheets are clean and white. Room has a good size. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely come back if we visit Tokyo again. Arigato!!

The property was a bit small. A bit old. The beds were a bit painfull. There wasnt daily room service. That being said, it really was a great place to stay in Tokyo. The staff was courteous and they had a really nice little set-up on the roof. A garden. Free NA drinks. The bathroom and TV heaters and AC were well up to date and taken care of. We were delayed 24 hours coming in and they held the room for us. If you are European it will work fine for you. If American you may get caught off guard a bit. But for the price, id be happy to go back to this property in the future.
