In general was good. There were some things we didn’t like,starting from not answering the phone and when I arrived there the receptionist didn't know a word in English and we were communicating with gestures. The room was tidy and clean except for the spider’s net that hung in the corners. Also there was no shampoo and I went down next day in the morning to ask the receptionist and got a new shampoo

A bit far from the city center but it had everything you need for the price. Parking outside is free but limited, otherwise it's 10€/night.

It was clean and confirtable. Location was a min point. However. If you have car could be better. I learn my way after two days.

Good: Modern, nice, quiet. Bad: Parking places (free) outside are very limited, no chance to find a free slot. Underground garage is not free (10 EUR). Somehow false advertised as free (?) Internet didn't work nighttime (14.08.22) There is no closet, fridge or kettle.

one of my worst hotel experiences, i got there with a booking, got given a room that was already in use, then got given a room with a single duvet and towels, i booked for two people, the person at the reception raised his voice too while we were checking in…. very bad experience

New, clean, quiet, absolutely worth the money. Will book again when in Augsburg.

Great experience. Room was new and very comfortable. Excellent service. I had an issue with work and they let me use the meeting room for free for the whole afternoon after my checkout. They even invite for a coffee before I left ;)

Falsely advertised ‘double bed’. The hotel apparently doesn’t have any double beds even though I had booked a room advertising a double bed - instead I was given two single beds close together, the clip that holds them together didn’t work. The staff member at super 8 tried fixing it but she couldn’t. No mattress topper to combine the beds and so I kept slipping through the middle at night. When I asked about a room with a double bed that I had on my booking confirmation, I was told that they don’t have any double beds.

Room is clean and cosy. However the room is very cold Even we set the heat to the highest at 30C, it is still freezing cold. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

When we got to our room on a cold, rainy day, the AC was set to minimum. We turned it off, but the temperature did not get higher than 15 centigrades over the whole night (there was no heating option). We were feeling sick just by sitting there.We also had an unpleasant situation with the staff.The hotel offers free parking spots. When we arrived we saw a note on the hotel parking that it is EUR 10 per night so we parked nearby. On check-in, we asked the receptionist about the parking, and we showed our reservation details to prove that it included free parking. We confirmed with receptionist that we can repark the car and use the hotel parking for free. He gave us a printout and told us to scan it when leaving the parking next day.On the next day after we checked out, it turned out the ticket was valid only for the previous day.We went back to the reception to ask about that, and then another receptionist (Lina) told us that the ticket was indeed only valid for the previous night and it was meant for us to exit the parking as we (supposedly) entered it unwilling to pay. This was obviously not the case, and we explained her what we heard from the receptionist the night before. We also showed her our parking printouts with entry date after we got the "exit" printout, not before.She was rude, did not want to listen and said that we entered the paid parking so we need to pay. The discussion ended up with an attitude of "pay up or I don't care, ten Euro is not a big deal".

Rooms are very modern and functional and are good value for money. Only annoying thing was the smell from the shower sink which was hopefully just bad luck and not a structural issue for all rooms.

Very nice hotel, new, clean, but there are not to many free parking spots, they say free parking but then they charge you when the free spots are full, apart from that, Very nice hotel!

Height restriction makes it difficult to park vans. There is on street parking as well as on site. Clean modern and roomy. Easy to find. I put it in my GPS so i can stay again.

Enjoyed my stay, breakfast very good. Easy to find hotel and parking on site. Very confused about Hotels.com errors about this site which I screen-shotted suggesting there's a sauna and spa, there is not. I booked specifically for those and was disappointed.
