The hotel is maintained properly, situated within the town area and is connected to a shopping mall, very convenient.

Very convenient location in town. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind. Just a short walk away from the seafood heaven of KK, and there was a day market around the corner on Sunday. Breakfast was plentiful, in terms of choices and food.

Clean room, clean mattress and toilet. Front desk staff is friendly. Convenient location, just take the lift lobby near to Macdonald to level 7 lift lobby. Sound proof not that good, but as long as the guests are not making loud noise, its not a major issue. The major problem is the wifi, its very weak. I cannot watch netflix at all.

Room didn't have a window and was missing a side table and chair. Toilet and bed was clean and we'll kept.

Location is superb. However carpet and curtain looks dirty, curtain hv stain. Hair dryer, kettle all can place a better one.

The hotel is in good location, friendly and helpful staffs, perfect housekeeping, just the condition is a bit worn out, my door handle came off twice during my stay, but it still works. The noice proof condition is not as good, I can hear the water running next door for shower and toilet, and the noise from the corridor as well, but overall I am happy for my stay.

Great location, super friendly staff. Available 24 hours a day to answer all questions. I got one of the cheap rooms with no windows, so it wasn't a place to hang out for a long time. But I was only there for one night, and for me it was perfect.

The room and the toilet is so clean, it makes me comfortable to use it. The staff is also kind and helpful. Big parking lot and free. The only things we dont like is that we easily can hear noises from room next to us and outside of the room. At first it was very confusing to use the lift direct to the mall because the lobby lift that near to the hotel's reception is lift lobby 1 and when i was in the mall and want to go back to the room, i use lift lobby 5. When i reach the floor 7 and look outside i was so surprised because it was different from the one i used to go to the mall and realised it was the different lift. So then i just went outside of the lift (parking lot) and walk faster to search for the hotel's entrance because at the moment it was very quiet, late at night and only few cars was there. But im glad it was the right floor to go to the hotel entrance. Overall the hotel is highly recommended and make sure to use lift lobby 1

Good Location with resonable price

Nice shower, bed was fine. Pretty view. In a shopping mall, so all stores were convenient. Ants everywhere! They seemed to live in the bathroom wall and the head board of the bed. This made it difficult to feel comfortable in the room. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not great.

Overall was good except that the carpet in the rooms were super dusty. Had to sleep with face mask on. Staff were super friendly and accommodating on request to pack breakfast to go as we were checking out super early for boat ride. And they packed a LOT of food which were pleasantly surprised.

Simply convenient of shopping and dining.

Great facilities & we had a good stay. Need to improve WIFI connection, what's the point of having 9 wifi options but none can be connected.

The staff were really nice and smiley - just seems happy to see you and make you happy to see them too! The room was a bit small but clean and well-designed. I love it that they give us water in glass bottles - though they do change the other items (slippers, soap, towels) everyday.

the bath towel in the room messed up my attire for my meeting on the day I checked in. Lots of tiny loose cotton from the towels got stock on my short, I end up changing to another shirt which I have to iron and prep for my meeting. I was woken up really early by next door occupant's child crying, the walls are not sound proof enough.

This hotel was located inside Suria Sabah Mall, its easy for food hunting .No worries about the parking safety and availability All the employees were very friendly ✌
