Loved the layout of the unit and the location. Parking was conveniently located at the rear with interior access from the building to the main street. It was a bit noisy due to the traffic but it quieted down later at night. The stovetop was modern but needed operating instructions and I was not able to get the stove fan to work. The unit could benefit from salt & pepper as well as kleenex. Blackout drapes or blinds are an absolute must have. Due to the street lights in the front of our unit, it was extremely difficult to sleep at night. I improvised and slept with a dark washcloth over my eyes.

Centrally located, clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated. As a person who appreciates lighting, decorator did an awesome job with many different decorative dimmable lights to create the perfect ambiance. Quiet room on back of building. Highly recomend!

Newly renovated building with easy to use instructions to check-in and out without staff. We would of enjoyed Moncton more except we arrived in the middle of the storm.

Nice and clean place with a small kitchen. Many shops and restaurants around. The wash and dryer comes with two pack of detergent which is convenient. The only issue is parking is additional $15; but at least there are plenty of parking. I will stay again.

The street lights shine in all night long. They need to put up black out curtains or shades. Otherwise nice place.

I was looking for a last-minute stay in Moncton and I decided to try this location based on the price and rating. The room was small, yet very well appointed and laid out. It felt more like a European studio than a hotel room with a full suite of appliances and upscale amenities. I would happily stay here again.

Property and condo are very lovely! Very clean and cozy space. Restaurants are close by. Grocery store within walking distance. Very easy check in process. Hallways in the building smell so nice!! Would recommend.

Hands down one of the BEST room’s I’ve ever gotten, and i go out tons. Price was fair for all the utilities and parking included. You have bars and restaurants all near you, walking distance. Very quiet area which is amazing. Would definitely and will definitely go back soon! Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing

Very cool place to stay. Centrally located in what used to be a newspaper office. I stayed in the studio which is very small and really only meant for one person. Everything you need is provided, the bed was comfortable and it was extremely clean. Whoever did the layout for this unit did an amazing job - so functional. I will be looking out for more properties by this owner. Very well done!!

Unique accommodations with the exposed brick and stone, with ambient lighting that made the apartment really cozy.

We loved the Madison Evangeline! The studio was the perfect size and had everything needed for our stay including a washer/dryer and a kitchen for breakfast. The location is great for dinner downtown in Moncton !

Very cool loft style accommdations. Tastefully decorated with modern appliances, fixtures, colors, and textures. A few minor details though... Towel rack and toilet seat both were broken and simply set in place to look ok. Some black-out shades are needed on the windows our room looked directly onto the street and the street lights were very bright through the night. Small kitchen was perfect. Wifi and TV were great. Check in and check out was completely easy and automated.

Wonderful trip. Accommodations were very comfortable. Was worries about the street noise but had ear plugs and slept very well.

Great location close to several restaurants! Easy check in and out! Immaculate and with a well-provisioned kitchenette. Large fridge and also a washer/dryer unit. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location

The suite is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. As we walked through the door for the first time, the space was instantly welcoming. The lights were on, soft music was playing and the brick accent walls gave a warm vibe. We are so glad that we booked our stay with Bower.
