I don't have enough words to sum up how fanstasit this place is, plus the amazing staff who made us feel so welcomed and taken care of.
Location - Olive Tree Suites is within a 2-min walking distance to Fira City Centre. You can find all the amenities and tourist attractions in the area. Although located at the centre, it's distance away from traffic and loud crowds. Feels very safe to walk anywhere even at night time.
Cleanliness - The rooms are clean, neat, and tidy. Staff go above and beyond to ensure the rooms are comfortable for the guests. Our room was prepped and cleaned daily.
Staff - Their customer service is above and beyond. Communication with staff is easy as they can be reached either in person or through WhatsApp. Alkyoni responds promptly to inquiries. She also provided great recommendations on beaches, historical places to visit, and where to rent a car! We had to stay for another day due to flight cancellation and staff were very accommodating. We had to transfer rooms but the process was so smooth that we didn't have to wait at all and had it ready for us at the earliest convenience.
Cost - Very affordable!
Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and hassle free. We will definitely be back in the future!

Small property and doesn’t have much amenities.
No dining options.
Place is clean and located in few minutes walk from Fira bus stop.
We had an incident of getting locked in the washroom as the key got broken inside very late night.
They have come over and was able to get the door open; the whole ordeal took almost an hour and my daughter was locked in the washroom.

We really enjoyed the access to the porch / lounging area. Additionally our accommodation was clean, cold (lovely in the heat) and spacious enough for my family. Great location in regards to the bus station, accessible location to town square (short walk) as well! Additionally the staff were very accommodating and made our stay enjoyable.

Our stay at the Olive Tree Suites was exceptional. The room was clean and very functional. However, the best part was the staff….kind, attentive, knowledgeable and with many excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants! A very memorable stay!!!!

Front desk receptionist was extremely accommodating when our flight to Santorini got delayed. Very easy to communicate. Offered great suggestions for our single day itinerary.
The suite itself was clean, had AC and netted windows.

Alkyoni is super helpful. She helped us arrange port pick up and airport drop off. Provided local tour information, restaurants recommendations. Kept our luggage storage in last day.

Alkyoni was a fantastic host, offering tips that made our time in Santorini perfect. The hotel’s location is perfect, as all have said. Quick walk to bus station that gets you everywhere on the island yet on a quieter side street. Daily cleaning was a delight at the end of busy days. Plenty of space and kitchen amenities that were helpful.

Excellent location - quiet but only a quick walk to the bus station and the main streets of Thira. Good cafe options nearby for breakfasts etc. Staff were helpful and friendly, arranging airport transfer taxis too. Room was clean and a good size.

We absolutely loved staying at Olive Tree Suites, incredibly convenient spot. Right behind bus station which was about 20 minutes to any of the attractions and helpful when needing transportation to airport. Super clean! We loved the accommodations, definitely makes you feel like you are in Greece. Alkyoni was kind, helpful and super accommodating. Highly recommend it!!

The hotel location is perfect, close to city center, bus station, mini market, restaurants, coffee shops, .. The hotel reserved a transfer service for roundtrip hotel/airport, allowed us to check in early and store luggage after checking out.

Very conveniently located near the Fira downtown area. The host is amazing to deal with. She messaged me about airport pickup and drop off and made sure I was taken care of.

Very convenient location. 5 min walk to Thera main square and bus station, but secluded and quiet. Alkyoni is a great host.
