Everything was freshly painted and done well. Not sloppily. Fresh carpets throughout and nice linens. Unfortunately, our bed itself was too firm, by quite a lot. The TV was a very good image but small. We will stop here again in the future but pray for a 3” mattress topper!

We booked this hotel basically for the price. It was about 30 minutes to our daily destination… however, the beds were super comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We didn’t hear the neighbors, nor did we hear anyone on the upper floor. They came in and provided fresh towels every day.
The only drawback is that there are no towel racks to put the wet towels on. The floor felt weird on bare feet, other than that the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
We would definitely stay there again.

The AC only goes down to 74 and the room get soooo humid and hot. It was way cooler outside than in the room! That alone is enough to make me never want to stay here again. The blankets were also stained. The service was fine and everyone was nice. It was just a very uncomfortable room.

It was a great stay. I was there one night but would definitely stay again. Employees very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and no issues! Would recommend if you are looking for something inexpensive and in Knoxville.

The property was unclean and we did not feel safe in that location. People were fighting in the front parking lot. We did not stay. We told the manager that we did not feel safe.

Nice staff at this location and room was clean and fine for the price. Traffic noise is terrible and constant; definitely try to get a room on the side away from the interstate.

Definitely skip this hotel. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, and the location was good, but that’s where the positives end. Entire hotel smelled like smoke. Room was not comfortable. Bathtub had rust, as did over half of the ceiling tiles. Mattress was super thin (attaching photo). Hallways and room were very dingy and worn out.

Very nice stay, clean and comfortable and the facilities were fine. Staff were friendly. Convenient location for the highway.
The only negative was that apart from the tea and coffee, breakfast was just a bunch of sweet snacks and sweet cereal

Didn't get much sleep (the point of being there), much traffic noise. Could have been placed on the other side of the building, didn't know to ask.

Where do I begin? Room was very loud due to hardwood floors. Mattress was thin and very uncomfortable so we did not get much sleep. Refrigerator ran all night. Bathroom was tiny and the shower head was the smallest I’ve ever seen with no water pressure. I guess for $80/night we shouldn’t have expected much, but we expected some level of comfort. We would never stay in another America’s Best hotel again.

Very basic hotel - clean, but sparse. Breakfast was coffee or hot water, prepackaged pastries and envelopes of oatmeal. No chairs or tables in lobby or breakfast area.

We were looking for a reasonable price, and although this was higher than the other one night stays we had, it was the lowest one we would take a chance on.
It was clean and bare bones, but that was okay. Right next to a Cracker Barrel so we had a late dinner before checking in.

It was clear looking in certain places that cleaning was cursory, quick, and missed spots.

Bare bones room with few amenities, was just a place to sleep, and had to run a fan to attempt to drown out the truck traffic noise from the interstate. Insert sad face (here). Not a place that I would stop at ever again. It was clean, and the shower was hot and relaxing, when we could get the shower head to stay on it’s mooring. Cheap comes to mind when describing this place.

The breakfast was a honey bun and doughnut stick. The coffee was cold. But for the price I did not expect to much.

Simple clean and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is a joke, mediocre coffee and some honey bun/danish type stuff. I they had instant oatmeal too.
I would not call it breakfast.
They place was clean, beds were decent. The shower/tub was a weird shape and not all that comfortable. Good place to stay if it is under 70 bucks a night

Great value for the stay. Room was clean and spacious, with engineered hardwood floors and simple layout. Breakfast was meager, but the hotel was a great deal. Pet was free!

A clean facility and it does have a lot of great things to have said about it, but It does not warrant a 5 star. It is a place to sleep after all and that is not something you will do well here because of the mattress. It lacks so much padding that you feel each and every spring in the mattress.
