The room was clean and convenient to our destination. No complaints at all

Check in went great. The two ladies were friendly and helpful. Maintenance indide the room ls lacking. Upon check the lady was not friendly. Had axquestion and she didn't even want ro look up. Yes I did get my answer. Thought the price was high but I'm sure we were making up for discounted prices for relief workers due to hurricane.

The gentleman who checked us in was accommodating. The food was ok. Very clean. Great staff.

We stayed here on our way to Port Canaveral. It was convenient since it was right off the interstate and about half way through our trip. It was clean and staff were friendly. Plenty of food options near the property.

The hotel was OK, but the in-room AC was leaking and a large part of the carpet was wet. The caulking in the shower had mold. The breakfast was ok.

My main complain is about bathtub, and the setting of the bathroom door which closes it self with swing hinches, the floor very slippery as well as the bathtub My recommendation for customers is to either request a room with shower or carry a bathtub Matt to avoid accidents I know first hand my mother who is 88 felt in the bathtub and on may way to recur her I also felt on the slippery bathroom floor The staff was good specially cleaning and breakfast ladies The Hotel well maintained and clean, no bad smells The around arre need some Work

There was a lot of moisture in the air. In our room our floor felt wet and cold, by morning my husbands suitcase was soaked through. We informed the front desk. They didnt iffer any compensation to us for this. Breakfast was very good.

Problems with the room is that the bathroom door would not stay open and in order to get to the mini fridge and coffee maker you had to shut the bathroom door. Did not have blackout drapes. Had pulled down shades, which we had difficulties trying to pull it down.

The bathroom was dirty with footprints from dirty feet, the toilet seat was left up and I wondered if it was even cleaned, the titles in bathroom were dirty around the toilet. The carpet was sticky and wet and room smelled moldy.

Firstly, there were dirty rags in the elevator and trash at the back entrance. Then, the room itself smelt awful. There was hair on one of the beds. We reported this and were switched to a room that smelt ten times as bad, and the window was so filthy you could barely see the view of the parking lot through it. We ended up switching back with the promise of housekeeping the next day, which we were assured was scheduled for 1:30 pm, only to find out when we called the front desk (which we had to do on our cellphone by looking up the hotel and calling manually, as the room phone didn't work either) after they were almost an hour late that they had already went home, completely skipping us. We ended up deciding to stay at another hotel rather than continue to put up with this terrible one, despite already having paid in full and being refused a refund, even partially. Please follow up with a response.

Quick overnight all was good

Dirty bathroom floor dirty hair blower and bag. Had to turn off noisy AC unit before bed, sounded like a truck outside our #608 room. Then got hot in the night

After a long drive it was wonderful to have such a great hotel to spend the evening at. Roomy, clean, bright and all the goodies one would want at a hotel… our room was quiet and comfy! Breakfast was fabulous!

Very clean but my favorite part is the staff! They are wonderful!

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the 1 employee that takes care of breakfast was late so many guests had to leave for the day without breakfast. There were about a dozen of more guests waiting who had to leave. It was supposed to start at 7AM. Most of us left at 715. There wasn't even any coffee available.

Clean, inviting hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in/check-out was very quick. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Hallway did have a slight musty smell though.

horrible experience. Almost got rejected for a room just because I live locally. My house was under renovation and I needed somewhere to stay So I decided to book a room here. When I walked in late at night, the staff told me they could not rent rooms to locals but thankfully, my friend out of state had an ID that wasn't from Lake City. I had already paid for the room and was not given an option for a refund but thankfully, my friend was there so I wasn't out all my money and staying on the street. Horrible way to treat people in the town that your business resides.

Nice hotel and decent rooms. Hair in shower. After hours front desk staff nonexistent when trying to call.

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and in great shape. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

The hotel was nicely done and the bed was really comfortable. The employees were friendly. The only thing is there was mildew in the shower where the wall material meets the floor. The wall in my room had a gouge that could have been easily repaired. It appears that they are not keeping up with maintenance. Regarding eco friendly, the plates and cups were styrofoam..a definite no no. Charge a few cents more and have paper goods.

The check in process was excellent and the young lady at the front desk was wonderful. The problems started after check in. I was traveling with two small dogs who have traveled all around the US. I realize I would be in a "pet Room" which is fine. The room smelled like disinfectant and I assumed it was just cleaned, but after it wore off in the middle of the night the room smelled really bad. It was late so I took a cloth with water and walked around the room. The carpet was filthy. In the morning I noticed a panel on the side of the bad was partially off of the wall. I did inform the front desk lady upon check out/

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. This hotel is by far one of the best LaQuintas Ive ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Will stay again in the future.
