Tv was broken , sheets were dirty, and air conditioning did not work .

The property was incredibly poor especially for a member of the Marriott group.
We spent two sleepless nights..not because of hurricane Idalia, but b cause room 304 seemed to have been saturated with dog urine.
Not an indictment of dogs or dog owners, but seriously???!!!

not to much! this property lacks The Marriott class for sure! our bedding sheets was so rough and old! pillows sucked! and the mattress is in dire need of replacement! after on the road for 11 hrs a good nights sleep was not had by either of us! horrible! and the breakfast was so old, hard and cold! ridiculous they even put out old black bananas! this is definitely a bad image for the Marriott community we have always utilized for travel! will never stay here again

it was good, nothing special but was as expected for the money.
the guy who did breakfast was late… VERY late as in there were at least 20 people waiting around by the time it was ready. we were meeting other family for breakfast so we sat around and tried to have coffee for about an hour… unfortunately the coffee was so burnt that no one would eat it.
the guy doing breakfast did come out and apologize saying “he slept in, sorry”.

It was about the location for us.
It was very dirty. Hair in the towels. Room smelled bad. Pet cost was per night not per stay. Blankets had stains on them, sinks had hair all in them. If it wasn't for every place being sold out because of a big game we would have not stayed. We ended up going to Walmart and buying our own towels and stuff. After the charge of $700 it's sad. Never will we stay there again. I rather just sleep in my car.

We liked the place and people. Issue was the address Booking.com has is incorrect and booking did not send them my reservation so fortunately they had vacancy

It was hard to find the hotel from the freeway as it is nestked behind so many other bisinesses

the fitness center was an extreme disappointment. the pictures show a full weight rank set but you had 1 set of 35lbs weights only. the elliptical machine was broken. no water. no hand sanitizer or cleaning supplies to wipe down machines. the floor was dirty. v

Nice breakfast options, coffee available in lobby, pool & hot tub , lovely lobby seating area.. Attractive decor throughout hotel.
Only 2 luggage carts available when 3 parties were checking in, no bedding in room for pullout couch.
