It’s an excellent place to stay for the cost. Two minutes from beach. On Main Street by beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants.
I stayed in a garden cottage for £37 per night which I thought was really good value. The cottage is delightful. Some cottages are different but mine had a large patio overlooking several ponds. Some of cottages had smaller patios and were by the walk way leading to that area so there may be an element of luck in getting one by the ponds.
I had the breakfast one morning and it was very good for 450B. Reasonably good selection of different foods and in a restaurant looking out to the beach. The pool is excellent. Quite deep so good for swimming but has shallow parts at one end. There were two other pools.
I would very happily stay here again. It’s not a luxury property but for the price it is great!

More like a parking lot in front of hotel.
Staff at front desk were less than helpful or friendly..maybe they were all having a bad day.

The hotel area is gorgeous, unbelievable for the price. We stayed in a garden cottage and felt like we were in our own private area. The very friendly staff made our stay even better.

Definitely not a five star hotel however if you are just sleeping there and not looking for any flash this is an affordable stay. The location is great with a less touristy vibe around the hotel. I enjoyed being able to walk out to great beach vibes and the convenience of all the shops and stalls. Felt like I was in Thailand and you don’t get staying at fancy resorts. If you want luxe then this is not for you however if you would rather spend your money exploring this is a great spot.

The location is convenient, Kamala Beach is not far away. And sea food market and bigC supermarket are very close. Nice swimming pool. nice breakfast.

A great location so close to the entertainment scene but also only a few minutes' walk from the beach. But despite being so close to the nightlife it was like a quiet oasis in the middle of all hustle and bustle around. Staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, and the rooms kept immaculately clean.

Friendly staff and great hotel and pool; however, not exactly “beachfront”. The view of the beach is blocked by a parking lot and merchant tents. The area in front of this hotel is dirty. There are other beachfront hotels that take care of the beach in front of their properties and are located on the breezy. These will be found in the north side of the beach,. The northern side of the beach is a lot nicer and cleaner on their surroundings.

The decor with Thai architect was very nice, they upgraded my room to pool access which was exceptional. Only stayed one night waiting for another hotel but will be staying there next year.

There were people banging on my door from 12am to 1:30am yelling and trying to break windows, Hotel staff didnt do anything and accused me of knowing them. Horrible staff. They left me at the airport with no ride when I arrived.

I booked this hotel as a present for my son’s 21st birthday. He stayed here with his girlfriend as one of five hotels Booked for his trip.
He said that this was his favourite. The staff decorated his room and gave him a birthday cake. He said that the staff were wonderful and the hotel was always clean. He would like to return and stay longer in the future. I will be choosing to stay at this hotel in the future.
Thank you to all of the staff that made my son’s birthday very special.

Stayed 5 days with 2 teenagers and absolutely loved the fact that the beach was just across the road. Very nice property with many good restaurants and pharmacy a short walk away. Extremely family friendly neighborhood with couples with young children all around

In the past it has been good when I stayed in the hotel portion of the property, we stayed in the cabins this time, very disappointed, long walk, bar with loud music at night, had to change units because the door didn't close properly

Poor Management - it is like the parents are away and the children are running things.
Asked to speak to the Manager twice but no reply.
We tried to order Room Service, but were told that they were 'too busy' to serve us.
Staff are friendly but there is no management

As soon as we arrived we asked for pool towels and they said they didn’t have any and they would come at 6pm whereas it was 2pm. They I asked them to provide me with normal bathroom towels and they asked me to wait at reception. After 40 minutes waiting I questioned why it was taking so long and apparently they were just going to leave me there waiting and never even asked to get the bathroom towels. When they finally did bring them the receptionist literally shoved them in my face.
I then tried to get pool days for my whole stay and they never had and and every single time I passed reception there was someone complaining about something or other. They really need to sort out the towel issue and overall customer service. Apart from that the rooms and location were good.

This is just an extended visit at a hotel I reviewed already. I added an additional day to accommodate my travel schedule. It was frustrating I was unable to book directly through the hotel x they told me they had no more rooms avail. I immediately went and booked on Expedia and was able to stay inbred same villa!

The hotel is 3star at best ,no bar except poolside .plenty of restaurants nearby beach is 5min away room did smell musty and damp but was clean bathroom was excellent and shower was hot and powerful would stay again

The initial room we were put into was terrible. (Room 5314) It was on the street side and very noisy, the shower head was falling off the wall, the toilet seat was on the floor, dresser drawers would not open properly. We moved to a new room the next afternoon after arguing with people at the front desk. We traveled 20 days in Thailand and the staff at this location had very low English speaking skills.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful, the hotel is spotless, everything is available, big super market in ground floor, the location is perfect very near to everything but still far from any noise, the room design is very calming, excellent choice for colors, the view is perfect, perfect AC.
One of few places that i really enjoyed even though i spent only one night.
