The rooms were spacious and clean. The facility seemed new and was very clean and updated. It was in a safe neighborhood and I would feel comfortable staying there alone. The only problem I had was getting an Uber or Lyft to Ohio Stadium for a concert. There were Ubers showig available, but they kept declining the request. The staff told us they sometimes do that because they dont wan to come that far.

The room was very nice, very clean, looked great. Unfortunately the bed and the pillows were some of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever slept on. The blankets may have “fit” the bed, but they were way too small, especially for a couple. Adding to the situation the AC was just not cutting it for the room. I must’ve woken up 3-4 times during the night for all the aforementioned reasons. I’ve honestly slept better in hotels that cost half as much.

I would never stay at this hotel chain ever again the management was racist and they charged my car for smoking and I never smoked in the room. I checked out this hotel three days early because I was traveling and then I look up a week later and I have a charge on my account and I just outright lied and said I was smoking in the room there’s no way I could’ve been smoking in a room or they would’ve put me out of the hotel which they never did.

I loved everything about this hotel,best hotel I've ever stayed at I have nothing bad to say. It was a fantastic stay. I will be staying there again in the future.

The rooms and facility was very clean and nice. All the staff was very friendly the whole stay.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was nice and clean, and really comfortable. The only thing was they didn’t seem to have enough wash cloths, and towels. When asked for more the staff said they were waiting on laundry to get done. This could have been because the hotel was booked due to the game. But other than that everything was really nice. There is restaurants, and shopping in walking distance as well.

Staff was very nice. Check in was running behind and had to wait an hour for room to be ready. Once in room, determined it had not be cleaned. Bathroom filthy and had dried toothpaste on countertops. No other room was available.

I only had a few concerns when we got to the hotel the person working the desk wasn’t very friendly he just said I need your Picture is and credit card. He didn’t tell us about pool hours, checkout time, or breakfast like they usually do. When we went to the pool that evening it was disgusting. I spoke with someone about it and they told me they would take care of it which the next time we went down it was much cleaner.

Welcoming lobby and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Checked in late with 4 young children. Had to call down to the front to ask for sheets/pillowcases/blankets for pull out couch and then had to walk back down to get them as they did not have staff to bring them up. Also, apparently all of the bathroom doors are being replaced but on back order (per staff). My husband used our bathroom and got locked inside. Could not unlock the door from The inside. Staff said this happens often and they had to come jimmy the lock open for him at 11:30PM.

Not enough towels. Towel shortage due to theft we were told. Had to change rooms due to AC not working. Employees were amazing.

The hotel was nice and clean, but watch your prices. Once we got here, they charged 25.00 more then what the original price was. With no explanation at all.

Awesome community feeling in the lobby a little European feeling!

Hotel was nearly brand new, but there were a few minor issues, such as the key cards did not work on room door so manager had to open it. TV was missing a remote.

The front desk clerk made check in very easy. He was very friendly. Coming from a show choir competition, we checked in after midnight but it was smooth. We even had a small gathering in the lobby and he was very friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience. Room was huge, very clean, and well stocked.

Nice Rooms but very thin walls, could here the kids upstairs running and jumping around , people next to us having sex at 1:00 am groaning and all. trying to get a good nights sleep before the run was not great. Ask for the top floor and corner room if you want quiet at this place

I booked a bedroom suite. Got there and they said I booked handicapped accessible. Nope. Definitely did not. One shower curtain dividing the bed and pullout couch. Deceptive practices beware.

staff super friendly. hotel super clean. Not even a year old yet. Lobby area was huge - plenty of space and seating for breakfast (on the go) and hanging with friends and family. Only negative was no hot tub - but it does have a pool and workout room. Nice firepit with lots of seating in front of hotel. Nice area in back with 2 huge gas grills and plenty of seating if you wanted to cook out. Will definately stay here gain. Superb

Wonderful place to stay

We had a late check in, my reservation was canceled even though I called ahead of time to let them know i will be checking in late. Upon arrival front desk staff Ajay was very unfriendly, telling me not to give him attitude. He said I need to do another reservation through hotel.com because thye are sold out!! He asked if I had cash available. I said no, I did my second booking and he said that he will let us in into hotel room because key reader is not working. Overall I am veing charged 400.00 for one night there and I feel very disrespected by that employee. In the morning I brought all of that to the attention of manager.

The property was clean and nice. The pool was kinda gross and that was the main reason we chose this property but we never even used the pool. The main also never came while we were there so we had to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper and stuff and then wait forever for it.
