The room was nice and breakfast was good. The hotel has to receive low marks (unfortunately) due to its patrons. There were unsupervised children (traveling sports team possibly?) running through the halls and rooms above us until 4am. Around midnight an adult voice was heard trying to round them up, to no avail.

Breakfast could use a little improvement. Fresh baked goods w/ homemade jam and fresh eggs would be lovely & make it perfect.

Excellent place for couples, families and four legged friends. Very comfortable and beautiful furnishings.

Property is great — but the neighborhood has a problem with traffic and vagrant people.. Can’t take a walk much anywhere, this location requires a vehicle to go for basics. There is an excellent bike trail nearby but it’s difficult to get to. And many unsavory characters hanging around… Building is sandwiched between the 101 highway and a loud noisy thoroughfare (Santa Rosa Ave). Housekeeping staff were excellent.

Everything was very good except usb charging ports some did not work making it a juggling act with devices. I dont understand this this hotel is new.

I was surprised to see no clock in room so we could set an alarm for waking up Also disappointed there was no fan in the bathroom.

I like the location to nearby Costco, Burlington… very nice. Room was neat and comfy. I loved the Service. What I dislike is I had to pay $10 for parking. That sucks. That’s why i’m giving 4stars instead of 5.

Very clean and pleasant hotel

Very noisy from the freeway.

The man who checked me in was very rude about me needing to use a debit card for the $100 incidental fee. He said “too many charge backs” referring to debit cards. Two days prior to this I had fraud on my Amex and capitol one credit cards. I had to explain this to him and also mentioned that it doesn’t say on the website anywhere that a visa or Mastercard debit card isn’t accepted. That’s all I had. I legit had a back and forth with this man for 5 mins about it. I thought he wasn’t going to allow me to check in even though I’d already pre paid for my stay. I travel weekly to Santa Rosa but highly doubt I’d come here again or recommend based off of the exchange I had upon check in. I would not recommend staying here.

We were unable to park at hotel, they made us park on the street. Hotel is 100% guarantee, but would not refund room for that night, do to booking with Hotels.com table in lobby had usb plugs, but was not working. Bar is a joke, Never saw it open at all. We were there for 4 days.

The breakfast is okay but it is lacking in some amenities. Other than that, the stay here is always good. Parking is a little tight. You don't really hear the freeway even though it is very close.

This hotel had great staff but our room faced the freeway and it was so loud. Also felt like the bathroom wasn’t that great and the towels were horrible. Bar and bar staff were amazing!

Our balcony overlooked the freeway and it was so peaceful to watch at night. Beautiful rooms and very close to a grocery store.

Why is OK? The breakfast was not that good since it was pretty cold

I didn’t like the fact that I could constantly hear the people in next room. They ween’t being unusually loud, but their television their conversation is clearly heard inside our room. They need to find a way to sound proof the place. Because of that I would not go back.

Would really like to have a much firmer bed, and more hooks and towel racks. Decor was nice.
