Really good experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. We at at the bar inside hotel very nice and great food definitely recommend staying here. The only negative thing is bed was alittle firm but that just my preference but was still comfortable!

We had someone next door to us making loud noises till 1:30 in the morning. I called the front desk at midnight and they didnt take care of the problem. I asked them for a later check out time and they wouldn't work with me, and they claimed I didnt call. I guess you have to record or video everything to get the correct service. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it.

Room was not cleaned properly as dirt and dust on the floor in the bath and the shower walls were not clean either. Stayed over Thanksgiving and no maid sevice so room remained uncleaned nor made up. In room coffee sucks (Starbucks and Green Mt). Hilton could do better for $200/night rates.

The hotel was beautiful. It was perfectly located for walking everywhere in the downtown district. Our only disappointment was waiting and waiting for a chance to eat breakfast. We finally gave up waiting for the refill of food and left to go elsewhere to eat. The staff, the room, and the location was great, though!

Hotel is literally the best in town. It was clean, the staff was friendly, I felt very safe and the morning breakfast was great. If you are lucky, they will have the biscuits and gravy it was AMAZING! If you are going to EL Dorado there is no reason to stay anywhere else, trust me.

The hotel is real nice, however, it is close to bar and it was a little loud at night. I also heard a lot of people in hallway late at night. The room is very nice and the breakfast was really good. But very thin walls on the second floor and could hear everything.

A very enjoyable stay, location was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants. A+ service from Tammy and Stephanie at the bar.

Service was horrible, hosts were horrible, everyone acted approached my wife and I with a demeanor as they were so much better than ourselves. You'd have thought we had the plaque from the outside looking in. Beds were comfortable that's about all I'd have to say good about this venue. We'll never be back if our life's depend on it, we'll sleep in the truck before I give this establishment another dime of my money. Disappointed is an understatement.

The hotel is clean, modern, and extremely convenient. Because of its location, once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff was great, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. My only complaints are that the shower caddy was on the floor in the room's entryway when we arrived, and the bathroom mirror lights didn't work. Other than those minor things, it was a great experience.

This is a beautiful property. We didn't use the pool, but it is a 3'9" small pool. There is no sauna or whirlpool or fitness facility.
The property is very clean, new and comfortable. We will most likely return.

The town of El Dorado is magical! The Hotel reflect the tranquil, easy-going mood of the community. During my visit to this property the bar was not open. So, we ventured out to the local bar scene (half block away) The pool is small but very safe for children. The breakfast was a miss. However, the town offer so many wonderful mornings options within walking distance, it didn't matter. This Hotel is a very nice. The staff is kind and helpful. The grounds are clean. The rooms are clean and modern.

Snacks available were very limited. Coke and Dr. Pepper were only available as DIET drinks. There was no fruit or nuts.

We have enjoyed every visit to the Haywood. Eldorado, AR is a perfect last minute couples getaway with restaurants and bars close walking distance including live music.

A chic, contemporary hotel!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! Super clean! The bar was swanky and fun! Great location to walk to restaurants and shops in the downtown square.
