Great stay, room was really clean, neat, and comfortable. Really huge room, we stayed in an ADA 2 queen with sofabed the regular rooms were sold out so we had to stick with ADA. The room was comfortable and roomy for all 6 of us. The sofabed mattress is okay, definitely needs to have more cushion to it because you can feel the springs. However, the beds and pillows were super comfy. The continental breakfast is okay, mini pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, omelets, eggs, sausage, and cinnamon rolls nothing too fancy but fills you up.

This room and customer service were nice but I got 4 bug bites that I did not have prior to the stay. I do not know if they were from a spider or what but they were large and painful.

We enjoyed our stay. We arrived after 1am and check in was easy. The room was very nice. It was spacious for a family of 5. The bathroom had nice soaps, etc. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Hope and Raina provided excellent service. Hotel was clean and the pool area is great. Definitely making this my go-to hotel when visiting in the future.

The room was new, nice, clean. I have no complaints about the room itself. However, I had a corner room that faces the freeway and it was loud. I had to sleep with my airpods on to drown out the noise.

After a long day at Disneyland, this hotel was a welcome respite in a clean, welcoming and comfortable place. Recommend it highly

Overall a nice hotel. One thing that I will suggest is investing in smart TV services… I saw that the TV in my room we’re smart tvs but did not provide permissions for guest sign in.. had to stream on my iPad.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn located in Valencia, CA. We will definitely be staying here again for any future trips to Six Flags Magic Mountain. The service was great and the staff is very friendly.

Great customer service. I lost a car key they were very helpful. My son turned 10 they gave him a candy bar and said happy birthday. Breakfast was great. Very nice options. Great overall in all areas.
