Hotel cancelled our reservation last minute and we were left scrambling to find another comparable. Expedia was virtually no help and we ended up paying much more for less. Won’t be using Expedia nor staying at any Hilton brand in the future.

Great staff and service

The staff is great there. The charging station is bad, 2/3 are out of work. Even the staff restarted the circuit breaker, the station stopped working after 1 minute. The air conditioner is old and pretty noisy.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Delicious breakfast and clean rooms

This place seemed amazing but of the Wednesday-Sunday stay WE NEVER HAD OUR TOOM CLEANED, asked front desk 2x and still nothing. Issue by the pool with an unsupervised child hitting people and that was barely addressed of at all!!

Check was quick and easy, gentleman at the reception desk was very helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. Will stay here again!

Extremely comfortable beds, quiet and comfortable stay. The property is beautiful and the breakfast every morning changed and was tasty! 10/10 will stay here everytime i need to be in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our 1 night stay. The room what comfortable. The size was adequate and the staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was good. Easy check in and check out. I will add this to my list of places to when in Santa Clarita.

Pros: HUGE rooms.The 2Queen suite was very lovely. Convenient location. Clean property. Friendly employees. Most of the breakfast is good. Lots of options, which was great in case you get served rubber and cardboard (see cons below). Bathroom in our room had an actual fan. Amazing. And a curved shower curtain rod to give extra elbow space in shower. Separate toilet/shower room and vanity/sink area. Fully stocked kitchen with full sized fridge. Actual thermostat is amazing. A/C is cold and mostly quiet. Overall beautiful property. Even has a laundry. Cons: Lacking TP in lobby restroom on multiple days. Some breakfast options are actually inedible. The hash browns were rubber. The French toast was cardboard. And it ends earlier than any other hotel breakfast at 9am. Hugely inconvenient. The separate bathroom vanity has no door to block light from sleeping people. The couch is tiny and the sofa sleeper is the most embarrasingly uncomfortable and noisy piece of crap I've ever sat on. The road noise is actually pretty noisy but not intolerable. Was only given three towels for a reservation for 4 people. Had to go down for more. Not horrible just a hassle. Overall, we will be back. It's our new fave Six Flags hotel. I'll just bring an airbed instead of using the pullout.

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff! Open bright areas. Very clean. Obviously a very new hotel. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with a very nice kitchen area. The complimentary breakfast was better than most other hotels offering a similar service. Completely happy with my stay!

EASY ACCESS FROM THE INTERSTATE.

The breakfast was terrible and the sofa bed was broken and we asked 3 times for it to be fixed. They reported that the ticket was complete but nobody came to our room to fix it.

A suite with a Kings bed and sofa should not be classified as a room for 4 people. Sleeping on those terrible sofa is a torture event for kids and just for one night …

Everything was pretty good, but not awesome.

Been staying at one of their competitors for over 10 years as I travel more than most but they upset me, so I found this Hilton nearby and they truly are the “Epitome” of customer service, and a awesome stay. Staff is just great, friendly and you can tell they enjoy their work. No sour faces here as you see in most places you visit or stay. Truly an excellent choice and I’m now sold on this Hilton. Oh, the biscuits and gravy are just AWESOME!!
