The management staff needs to vacuum the lobby area and all hallways. It look like they may vacuum once a month if that much. "Terrible"

The room was clean and what I expected. This place is the same as the other Extended Stay Americas I have stayed at.

The manager tried to charge me for a day I did not stay. I had to ask for a change and he was not happy about it.

Coffee was good, location was by many places. I enjoy the fridge and microwave in the room as well.

Could hear people walking a lot upstairs. It was just a little out dated, would have liked to see a bigger tv with more channel options.

The staff were extremely willing to help.

There were papers strewn on the floor. Used toiletries on the elevator floor. The dark hardwood floors in the foyer and elevator looked dark and grundgy and needed be refurbished. Too much trash strewn around the parking lot. Person blasted loud rap music outside my window. Staff admitted that they have tried repeatedly to stop this even to the point of calling the sherrif. By the time the deputies arrive, the people blasting the music flee the scene. The staff admitted that they are helpless. It is an ongoing problem at this location.

I was moving from AZ to CA. I got a flat tire that day and needed a room for the night because took until 3pm, and I didn't want to drive late. Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet. .

Window needs to be fixed though. I tried to open, and it sort of pulled away from frame, AND it was bottom floor, so I didn't feel 100% safe. Front door to room does not close 100% properly.
