My husband and I took our 3 kids (4, 2, and 9 months) on an overnight trip to St Louis. Our stay her was great. The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms where clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We will stay here in the future when we go to St Louis.

Check in was easy. I did get stuck in the elevator, however once he reprogrammed it, it worked just fine. We saw a show at the Fox Theater which is walking distance. Places to eat within walking distance also. Room was clean, sheets and blankets smelled like bleach so i know they were clean. The only 2 things that were an issue (which are personal preferences) were the pillows were VERY soft (so if you like firmer pillows bring your own), and it was almost too quiet. I sleep with a 🌬 on so once the eco-friendly 🖥 timed out it was so quiet it woke me up. 😄

Has rooftop bar. Rooms are excellent- clean and modern. No carpet. Immediately adjacent to the Foundry.

The hotel and condition of the entire facility was great, but what stands out to me the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the moment we checked in until we checked out. My only regret is that this was only a 1 night stay. We woll return simply because of our experience with the staff

Only thing missing is a hot tub and itd be the best hotel ive ever stayed at. Staff was always helpful and very nice, made for a stress free and fun stay. Everywhere I saw was very clean and in order.

We got in late but felt safe which us a concern with 4 kids
They also gave me treats for our dog and bowls to keep. The only thing is, hotels dot com isnt clear that valet isnt optional. It is the only way to park there and if you have a lot to unload it does feel a little rushed.

Well appointed and designed rooms, lobby and public area beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful, convenient and much to choose from. Fresh flavored water always available. Pool was a disappointment due to area not as well maintained as rest of hotel. Pool deck dirty and pool needed scrubbing. Enclosure very nice but pool not heated. Ongoing construction in parking area

Lovely rooms, lobby and most of outdoor areas. Well designed and fresh. Breakfast was veried and fresh. Fresh flavored water always available. Staff always present and efficient. Pool area needed attention. Pool not heated but enclosed. Construction ongoing in parking area.

You guys rocked it! Awesome, friendly, helpful staff, Amazing breakfast, clean and. Comfortable rooms, Kids loved the warm pool, 3 choices of hot herbal tea at night and various water coolers with fruit slices in them for a refreshing drink all day long. We will definitely stay with you again if we ever come back this way! You left an impression for sure!

Upon check-in we were informed the pool was closed. Unfortunately, this was quite upsetting considering we chose a hotel rather than airbnb for the pool. We were permitted to use the pool of a sister property down the road. The room was ok, but there were several areas where it should have have been cleaned better. The staff was very accommodating and the Foundry across the street was fun and walkable.

The staff was very kind. The entire hotel, including our room, was very clean. We did not spend much time at the Upbar because we had other plans, but the area was very nice. Within the 5 minutes we were there, 2 staff members asked to take our orders- this was nice because they came to us and were very polite. We stayed in the same floor as the Upbar. There is a large door separating the bar area and foyer from the hotel rooms to block the noise. We didn’t hear the bar at all from our room, and we were the second closest room from the door out to the bar area. The breakfast was decent- definitely better than any other hotel breakfast I have had. The valet was also very kind. They rushed to get our vehicle and they had several other vehicles to bring to the front of the hotel as well. Overall we had an excellent stay and we will be coming back!

Great experience here! Very clean, above average included breakfast in the morning, and food hall across the street was a pleasant surprise. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was lovely. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel itself was very clean however it’s not quite clear to me how this could be a Westin property!! The staff need a lesson in professional service & kindness!! The air conditioner in our room was not working properly! The thermostat kept setting itself at 76°. We made three different request with the front desk and even had a member named Ryan. Follow us up to our room to check the thermostat. He kept telling us that we set the thermostat at 76° and we did not!!! we had said it at 67°! Regardless, it did kick on finally and after 13 hours, it was still 76° in the room. I had called the front desk and asked for a fan none were available, and no one seemed to really care how warm it really was in the room ! I was even told to keep the blinds down at that time. It was 11 PM and the blinds had been down since 4 o’clock when we checked in. We will never stay at this hotel again

Love this place. Staff is so nice and they go out of their way to accommodate anything you need. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay close to SLU.

Hotel is beautiful, you do have to valet park but that is down town for you, they have a bar upstairs which is wonderful. I really do not think the lobby/breakfast area is really family oriented, it is more for business people. There are a lot of high tops and couches, only a few tables for families to sit at with children. They do try to be family oriented by putting board games in the bar and some big blocks to play with downstairs.
