Went in for a wedding. While trying to get ready the fire alarm in the whole hotel went off continuously for 25 minutes had to leave the room and do make-up in the car, also the bathroom had a horribly sewage smell would have changed rooms if time would have allowed and the situation with the fire alarm hadn't been going on 10 minutes after getting into the room. Had to stop on the way back after the wedding to purchase air freshner spray and solids to put in the room to sleep in there. Left early in the morning. There was also black mold around the shower. When i checked my credit card statement there was an extra charge of $11.50 that i did not put on there at the hotel. I booked ahead of time with a third party and payed in full. They even told me at checking out i couldn't get a receipt because of it..

The staff was very professional and very helpful. The property needs a deep clean and badly needs updating. Too much noise coming from room above and room next-door. Breakfast buffet was minimal in the food was cold. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Was hoping to find a place to visit my grandson who is working there in Frisco. But will look elsewhere until and unless changes are made.

It could have been better. The worse part were the fleas in our room. Waking up to a flea on you is not pleasant. The hotel is obviously pet friendly since we saw several animals upon arrival. They need to do regular treatments. Very unsanitary. The thing out of their control is the very thin walls. We could hear people talking in the next room. The area around was very nice though.

Great front desk, very thoughtful and helpful. Nice room esp for price since we had to have two rooms because of a wedding. Nice & very clean hotel and rooms, great breakfast, super comfortable bed. Very convenient to anything around there. Would 100% stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. My first visit was very pleasant. Nice, quiet, comfortable bed, clean room. My second visit …ehhhhh…not as pleasant as the first. For starters if you laid on the left side of the bed it would badly creak & mattress was awful! Second, shower glass door would not close while showering. Had to lay out several towels to not make it look like a flood happened in there. AC worked beautifully! No issues there. Btw, in case your wondering, ROOM 204.
