The hotel was very nice very clean breakfast was also excellent. The people there was very nice friendly and helpful . The rooms very clean and spacious , Would stay here again.

Automatic window blinds did not open due to missing remote control in room. They did not have any extra remotes and could not move us to another room for 2 days because there were no rooms available. We were eventually moved to a smaller room.

From our arrival to the day we left, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. I had stayed here before a number of years ago and noticed the upgrades to the lobby and rooms. Very nice! Since we tend to stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel we knew what to expect at breakfast, which we enjoy, but this time we met Joyce! She was fantastic, helpful, funny, friendly and efficient. Loved the room. Lots of space to stash and store belongings and bags and to plug in and charge electronics (in the lobby too). What a relief to be able to empty our arms of belongings somewhere other than the beds when we came in! We had 4 adults in this room and it was comfortable and roomy. Wish i had an extra pillow. But that's it for complaints! One thing i really liked is the Dove products in the bathroom ... none of those tiny little wasteful bottles of stuff. And there is a Krispy Kreme directly across from the hotel ... keep a look out for the 'Hot and Now' sign! I highly recommend this hotel.

Very well run clean v nice staff

The hotel was nice, unfortunately there were baseball kids and family partying and running the halls. The parents are worse than the kids.

Smooth check in. Newer hotel with nice lobby. Great pool. Plenty of parking. Clean and modern rooms. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Always stay at this hotel when traveling to Louisville. Great locations, staff is very accommodating and a good hot breakfast.

The rooms were nice and the hotel was close to quite a few restaurants. The pool was a cherry on top.

Joy, the breakfast attendant was super nice and makes excellent pancakes and sausage gravy.

Very nice and clean . However, not enough carts available to bring your luggage and other items in. The desk clerk did offer to help.

I had a good stay

Everythng was great coming in. For the second day the rash was not taken out and towels were not replaced for clean ones. Other than that customer service and breakfast were awesome. Thank you so much.

The hotel seems to be recently renovated or built. Clean hallways. Spacious and clean room. There was a standing shower (not a tub) in the bathroom which I prefer. There was a bench in the room that was helpful to lay out our suitcase and miscellaneous. Great breakfast selection (did not try the pancake maker). Front desk and breakfast host were very hospitable. Did not try the pool or gym.
