Takes no frills to a new level. No kettles in the room. - but that's ok: there were no cups, coffee or tea bags, either! It's very basic. Snug in dimensions, beds and towels. Shower was OK. It's earned its One Star rating! Staff were good. Too marks to them.

The room was very expensive, i.e EUR 302 per night. The room was so small that when opening the door I could get on the bed or walk in the bathroom. To me the room was a glorified closet. Even though the bed was good and the room was clean, this was a rip-off.

Very easy to book in. Bed and pillows were really comfortable and I’m fussy.

Centrally located opposite a block of student accommodation and next to derelict area the high-rise has seven floors. On entry very basic with a couple of seating area and two Concierge on the right with some vending machine for coffee and for snacks very reminisced of a student union accommodation room 101, on entry so small that space between end of bed and wall was 30 cm and between side of the bed and wall was 50 cm. Extremely claustrophobic room! there was no adequate area or anywhere to put your bag therefore unsuitable for travellers with lots of clothes to be hung or any clothes to be hung or put away for next days preparation on one side of the bed. Windows would not open- Not even for ventilation- no open handle! There was a power plug and USB, however on the other side with one side having an error to put a bottle of waterwas provided no water. TV mounted up onto the wall some stains on the wallpaper and the curtains. When all the lights are switched off the red light of the tv is bothersome as bright. Noise heard in the morning of bathrooms and doors being open etc. outside noise was fine as on the side of the building away from the roads. No coffee/ tea facilities. Very much reminiscing of staying in a en suite student accommodation.

Perfect for just the one night and at amazing value for money. Very clean and friendly.

They only provide the basic necessities which means there is no overpricing.

Good staff, close to centre

The location was ideal and room was in a clean condition but the room was very small with limited space for two people to move around. There was no side table or desk to put personal items. It was like being in a boxed room. It was not how you expect a standard hotel room to be.

Very very small room, no service at all, everything is extra even if you need something very basic. Lots of moisture and poor quality of equipment in room. Windows don’t open at all and AC very noise without a good performance. There is also noise pollution between rooms. Don’t pay more than 40 , it doesn’t worth it and it will cost you more than you see. There is only one employee for whole buildings and the only employee is quite busy.

Lovely basic hotel in nice position for both city centre and train station.

I checked in late and the receptionist who’s name I regrettably failed to ask for was extremely helpful. Apparently there had been a spate of recent car break ins locally and she was able to advise an excellent alternative which worked out very well over my two day stay. My check out was quick convenient and also helpful regarding my bags being looked after whilst I retrieved my car. This is my second stay at Easy Hotel and I always recommend it to friends 👍

Absolutely disgraceful there’s no glasses in the room no drinks down in the lobby, when we requested for a glass we were told it’s a first come first serve on glasses and all guests had claimed them. No one should have to put up with a hotel with these standards !

My 4 day stay at the hotel was pleasant.It was nice and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful.It was easy to use the facilities and although it is a no frills hotel, it has what you need to get by.24 hour reception is useful.Maybe having Netflix or streaming service would be an improvement and having an information card stating how the lighting operates as it's carbon neutral hotel.Otherwise I would be happy to stay again.

The sheets and towels were obviously washed but there were large hairs on the sheets. The towels were clean but had small stains and smelt musty. The list of things missing from your room because it's a budget hotel do not seem justified when you charged £145 for a night. On the positive, the hotel itself was clean and efficient. The room was small but well laid out. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Did only have one towel provided in our double room but were given another on request.

This hotel is ideal for a 1- or 2-night stay. The room is very small but has everything you need, including Aircon, shower, and TV. Reception staff were friendly.

Too basic. Nowhere to place or hang clothes. No toilet brush. No seating. Sticky floor. Too few towels. Only high pillows.

Clean, fresh hotel but double room was so small it was laughable. No tea/coffee facilities in the room which was just as well as there wasn't toom for them. Ok for just 1 night stay if nothing else available but not worth £150/night.
