One night stay in the centre of Tours, good location, Underground parking nearby Reception were amazing excellent language skills and very pleasant. Breakfast OK but no other meals.

For a 2.5 star hotel, it was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. After spending many nights in interesting but different European hotels, it was nice to spend a few nights somewhere American and familiar. Not exactly like the Hamptons in the US, but close

We had made a reservation for Tours Garden Inn but on arrival the lady I contacted online made the reservation for the Hampton Inn across the street.
Thanks to Rama and especially Camille the situation was rectified.
The first girl (Manon) at reception was at Garden Inn the night we arrived was rude and not friendly. Camille advised us that this was her first night alone and had been on the job for 2 weeks, and that she may have been overwhelmed.
Overall thanks to the two supervisors the stay was good.

Nice location in the middle of Tours, next to the main shopping street and the old town. Other attractions, like the cathedral, are in walking distance.
Note: You can't stop in front of the hotel to unload. There is a parking facility next to the hotel but is not part of the hotel.

The hotel was good overall: Friendly staff, clean/comfortable room, great breakfast buffet. Be sure to read the fine print; I cut my stay in half but wasn’t able to get a refund for the unused days. Also the first day we had to evacuate and there was a power outage. Great location.

Overall wonderful! I have stayed many months at this hotel. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and a truly caring team always ready to assist you. Warm and welcoming lobby area decorated with festive holiday decorations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. An great perk was having the buffet breakfast included. The location was close to everything g we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, right on the river and at the top of the main shopping street, close to the square with restaurants & bars and a short walk to the cathedral. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable as was the hotel. Beside a tram stop so convenient for the airport and exploring Tours

We booked two rooms and paid the higher rate for a "room with a view" with the hotel on the Loire River we expected a view of the river. We were given rooms that faced a building. The manager refused to give us what we paid for and refused to adjust the rate for the lesser rooms. Also, no parking! We had to use a public garage a distance away. The elevator was not operational and appeared to have been out of commission for years. We had to manage our luggage up several flights on a very narrow staircase.
The rooms were fine but a little quirky with a barn door that slide between the closet and bathroom.

It was very clean and warm and comfortable.Evening service was very welcome after a day sightseeing.
Breakfast was really good,lots of choice and fresh. Also we were able to book in a family member to join us each morning.
Staff were very friendly without being intrusive.
Bedroom was excellent ,comfy and spacious,clean and warm.
We will be returning to Tours a number of times visiting family.We will without hesitation use your hotel each visit.You are so lucky to live and work in such a lovely city.Thank you for making it such a great stay.
