Property was big but a little tricky to find. I found the two front doors both unlocked and open, and the key code for the room already unlocked which made me feel unsafe. Also the room stank of smoke. It had been cleaned, bed was give, but few stains on the sofa.

Veey badly decorated, doors loose on hinges, screw heads poking out of carpet strips, filthy windows, stained tiles in the bathroom, broken spindles on the stairs and a very uncomfortable bed, a bowl in the kitchen with sugar sachets but no tea or coffee, just a few of the findings of our room.

I travelled from London for work pupose booked on the website and i was sent a lunk to make payment. I never receeived any check in instruction. On arrival, there was no reception and the email that requested payment from me did not respond to me . I was left in tye cold in the middle of the night . I felt so unsafe and had to tavel back home while sleeping on the train and at train stations .
I believe this is a scam booking.

The apartment was not the one advertised. It was a poor attic alternative and was dirty. The veet small kitchen was greasy and stained poorly cleaned with less than minimum cookware. The seating/sofa was in the kitchen area with no table at all to dine from. The toilet door did not fit in the frame and would not close. Worst of all the bed was disgusting. The management were at no point avaliable and refuse to accept responsibility for their appartment. Not offering to sort it out only that we could move to another already occupied apartment. The occupant was also not happy with the accommodation. DO NOT STOP HERE.

Was surprised at the size and the facilities were great. Just felt that it should have been dusted and cleaned behind the bedside tables and there should have been remotes for the skylight covers.

When i booked this it seemed expensive but it said it was a 2 bedroom apartment. When i arrived it was a one bed appartment, i queried this and was told there were no 2 bed appartments. The receipt i got said there was a refundable damage deposit of £150 returned 7 days after departure. 1 month later and nothing. Feeling ripped off, avoid at all costs.

The address of the actual property is different. The property is Anderson Apartments on Beast Market behind the address given on the website when booked.
The apartments are different from the pictures given, however, the apartment I got was No15, it was newly built. But lots of issues. They take £150 deposit at time of booking. The apartment had not been cleaned even after they had confirmed by WhatsApp message. The toilet was filthy. Shower unclean. Surfaces had not been wiped. Even found a bug on the bed duvet. Soo many marks on the walls. I took like 50 pictures of every issue I found that they may try to withhold my deposit and sent via WhatsApp. They didn’t respond to any of my concerns. Just said ‘hope you enjoyed you stay”
Terrible customer services. Avoid at all costs.
