I was extremely impressed. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and even smells new. Our room exceeded my expectations. I could spend a week here if I needed to. I will definitely be back. Bed is super comfortable and bathroom incredibly nice. Highly recommend staying here.

Dakota check us in and was friendly, giving us info that we could change our card to be charged the next morning at check out.
However, the girl at the desk the next morning rudely told us that Dakota misinformed us and that because we booked thru Expedia, she couldn't change the card.
Funny - theirs was the ONLY hotel out of 4 hotels we booked on this trip that wouldn't change the card we wanted to have charged. Definitely rude and maybe lazy? Disappointing and will not return to this location because of it.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very modern. We had issues with the people in the room above ours, and the hotel staff quickly moved us to another room. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was decent enough for what it was, even though i expect much more from a Holiday Inn. Staff were rude to me at check-in but were okay with my wife. Hotel room was clean but a/c unit was dirty and very loud when running. There was some kind of baseball tournament in town during our stay and several stayed at this hotel. There were children running up and down the hallways and yelling and screaming during the hotels quiet hours. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Great property! Comfortable beds, pillows, nice bathroom - with a tub combo! Very convenient from the interstate. Great breakfast! Our only complaint is the window coverings don’t darken the rooms and our room was in the front where the building lighting was.

This is a very good hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and the restaurant on site is great, the wait and bar staff are friendly and helpful and the food is very good. Also, the beds are very comfortable and sheets and towels are quality.

The staff was friendly and the hotel clean and comfortable. If I were to find any fault it would be the shower didn't have much water pressure so the water just "fell" on you. I would still recommend this hotel though.

The bathroom had a barn-style door that left large gaps on each side when closed. It could not be secured, so it slid open unexpectedly. It offered little to no privacy.

Check in was good, cleaning staff was very good and friendly. The pool area was useless, water wasn’t warm and the floor was literally crumbling. The room was comfortable and clean. No plans to go back to the area but I’d stay somewhere else.

The pool area needs work! All the concrete is chipping away and it hurts to walk around. It sticks to your feet. Breakfast is 10.00 - it’s the exact same as free continental breakfast. Save your $$. Beds were comfortable - room was spotless! Service staff is fantastic.

They helped us in the storm. I think we got the last room. The lady that checked us in helped us get in the reward program and to amend our reservation. She was really nice . Their power had even been out and the doors weren’t working and they had to run out there to let everyone in. The only complaint was that our room needed cleaning. I think I heard they had been using for staff that had to stay over. So that was understandable and we were just glad to get a room .
