Very comfortable but the breakfast was a disappointment.
Staff at check in had a problem that I did not have photo ID even though I explained I am English and do not need to carry.
The amenities are great and staff very good.

Not for kids. Restrictions on pool usage, unless you want to put an alarm on to meet the pool times with kids. Terms and conditions are not clearly written out while booking. I think the bigger issue is that the the hotel management is not a problem solver; and were quite rude in their demeanor during check in.

Amazing stay at the Westin. It was so close to the tube station and walkable distance to sight seeing. One of the best stays and the staff were amazing, very helpful- particularly Shanine. And the Heavenly spa experience was one of a kind - it is free for the guests!!!

The staff was amazing but funny going on there. We had some very weird interaction & sounds coming from our room where the doors open that lead to another room. The fire alarm went off twice which was a pain. They ONLY have a few hrs for kids to swim. :( And their breakfast buffet was disgusting. Bacon tasted like salmon, sausage tasted like dry liver and it’s VERY disorganized. I couldn’t understand our waiter as he had a very strong accent & didn’t explain anything to us on how it works, etc. SO DISAPPOINTED in this hotel. :( Staff was the best thing!!! But that’s about it.

We stayed here for the London Marathon 2024 and had a BRILLIANT time! The beds were so comfy, location was perfect, and all of the hotel amenities were wonderful.

The hotel is good, the people who work there are incredible! Friendly, helpful, lovely. It costs a ridiculous amount and if the employees weren’t so wonderful, I would give it a much lower review. The rooms were reasonably sized, the beds extremely comfortable. But you could easily find the equivalent for a much lower rate. However, the employees (waitstaff, concierge, doormen, bellmen, cleaning staff, check-in staff) were beyond helpful, very friendly. They would be the only reason I’d consider paying a silly amount to stay there again

It was our anniversary and the hotel made our night very special. We ate at the restaurant which was great and we were given a late check out which enabled us to enjoy the wonderful spa facilities.

A nice hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a noisy neighbour and asked the concierge for a pedestal fan to help drown the noise which they said they didn’t have anything.

The Westin London City is an example of impeccable hosting! The facilities are new and well taken care, the staff is incredibly efficient, pleasant and eager to please! The Westin Club is a plus on your stay! Every detail was carefully prepared during the Holidays! The location is premium, close to all touristic areas but not in the middle of the noise and the crowd! I strongly recommend enjoying a great stay at Westin London City in this great city!

Everything was great, Would have given five stars in all areas but room service was poor, although I did get an apology and chocolate and no charge. So call it 4.9 stars. Great location because it’s quiet but has good facilities nearby and 2-5 minutes to three tube stations. The pool and sauna/steam room are great at the end of a day of sightseeing and walking around

We were arranged to a room with a beautiful wall of the hotel. Please check the attached photo taken from my room.
Second, before we check out, we asked for late check out at 1pm. The hotel staff confirmed us no problem.
But someone knocked on our door at 12pm and told us it was time to check out. This was the first time in life that someone in hotel knocked my room door and asked me to leave. It is ridiculous rude. I won't recommend anyone to consider this hotel.

My wife, two teen daughters, and I had a wonderful time in the Westin London City. We had two rooms with a connecting door. It is in such a great location next to the Millenium Bridge. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna hit the spot after a long day of walking. WE travel a good amount, and this hotel was ideal for touring London.
