This hotel was disappointing considering the cost of the rooms. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and the picture of the room online look good. However when we arrived at 6pm the two pull out single beds had not been made up for us. I went down to reception to ask if someone could do this for us as they were not easy to pull out. The reception guy said he couldn’t help us! I have never paid over $500 dollars for a nights room and had to make up beds! The pull outs were very hard to assemble and when we eventually got them pulled out we realised that we had no sheets for the beds and they also do not fit in the room! In order to have the beds out you cannot then access the king bed and it also means you cannot get to the patio door. This room should not be sold as being suitable for a family as it is simply not big enough. I went down to ask if we could change rooms and he said we were in the second biggest room and there were no other rooms available. He also couldn’t give me any sheets to fit the bed so I had to make up the uncomfortable pull outs with the wrong sized sheets. If this was a cheap hotel I could understand but at over $500 dollars a night I was shocked at how bad the customer service was. I would not recommend

Hotel was very good. Great location; not far to walk to many bars/restaurants/shops. Check in was very easy and James was a peach! Room excellent decor and beds exceptionally comfortable. Would recommend.

We loved the proximity to the beach and the rooms were absolutely beautiful.
The only thing we didn't like was having to carry a key. If the keypads worked on the doors it would be a lot easier.
Besides that everything was perfect!!! We will definitely go back.

Our room was beautiful but the sliding door was broken and would not lock. After calling front desk various times, they seem to not have much staff available, they offered us a piece of wood to close the door at night. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a kitchenette with microwave and big refrigerator. You will need to stop by a grocery store before reaching the property. The restaurant nearby was fully booked and we had to drive out to find a place to eat. Fortunately the hotel is situated between two other towns with various shops and dining options.

Beautiful location. Super comfy beds. We had an issue with our air con and was moved with no hassle. Could do with tea, milk or creamer for coffee. Expected in a hotel of this price range. But just my personal choice. Everything else was lovely.

From check in to check out our new experience was excellent. We wanted quiet and relaxed and this was the perfect place. Right on the white sand beach with resort lounge chairs.
Everyone was friendly and helpful in providing us tips on places to go for activities and food. The entire resort was incredibly clean and well maintained. Will definitely return to this resort!!

This place is a gem! Fantastic service from the minute we walked in the door. The pool area is pristine. The beach is right there and absolutely beautiful! Rooms are well decorated, clean, quite, and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice, new hotel. Friendly staff. Activities for kids and adults in the pool area. Nice view of the Gulf from our King Suite.
Everything is at least a decent walk or a bike ride. Golf carts are everywhere. Almost zero Uber so just plan accordingly.

This is an amazing property and location! Our third stay in 2022! Each stay got better and better. Easy access to the beach. Rooms are fresh and well maintained. Great pool and hot tub! Can’t say enough great things about staying here.

Nice location , great infrastructure, pricey for the value as it is not a serviced accommodation (no breakfast, restaurant, 24/7 lobby, security, spa).

I did not think the cost of the room is worth it. It’s a beautiful building, but there are no amenities other than a pool and easy access to beach. Plus, the pool can be used by non hotel guest for a cost.

Great place to stay on Anna Maria Island. Close to anywhere you want to go. The rooms are outstanding. Walk right out the slider to the pool or the ocean.

This hotel was amazing! So beautiful and clean. When I got there they couldn’t find my reservation and gave me a bottle of champagne and a cabana free of charge as an apology. The staff was so helpful and friendly all the time. I loved the room, super beautiful!

The hotel is very nice and updated. The room is comfortable. The pool and beach are lovely. They have some policies that cheapen the property. They only allow 1 beach towel per person. They also have a check-out time of 10 AM. These are not policies of a luxury hotel. The front desk staff tries to be helpful but these decisions are not made by them.
