The Villa had everything you could possibly need for a fabulous overnight stay - with the exception of parking. No handicap parking for my 88 y.o. mother - and regular parking was several hundred feet away. Other than that the facility was beautiful, and the amenities in the room were great.

Everything at the property was top notch but the $25 parking fee per day is a bit excessive. Staff we wonderful to chat with.

It was ants in the bathroom. Besides that it was a great stay . Felt like i was at home .

Me and my family have always stayed here when we would travel to the desert area. Our kids are grown now and it’s even better coming here with just the wife and I because I get to really relax. Can’t wait to come back asap.

Our second time at this property..and we will be back. Our unit was clean and had a lovely view of the golf course and pool. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. Unit was also well stocked. Check in staff very polite and helpful.

It was so beautiful and peaceful there. It was an amazing facility with a luxurious family friendly pool and the restaurant and bar was cozy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Ot was a very welcoming resort.

No dining options. Not even a coffee shop

The areas in the trash storage was quite unkept. Also, the secondary pool area was unattractive due to dirty water, loungers, chairs unclean. Not a classy environment…pool water was cloudy —-we refused to swim in it.

Beautiful property with a lot of room in the suite. It felt like an apartment. Extra points for the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.

The rooms were extremly well kept and very clean. Parking was a little tough because our building was a bit far away.

This resort is nice, there’s a full kitchenette and BBQs available outside. There was no breakfast available onsite until after 11, I had to order Uber eats. I did confirm with staff that there was no breakfast available. I arrived late my first day, around 9pm. It was dark and the resort is big. I did have trouble finding my building. I was alone and was not offered a security or golf cart assist to locate my building. I would have asked if I knew there wasn’t sufficient lighting to see building numbers.

Great resort having a vacation with my son in Navy. Great property. Pool was fabulous!

Pool service slow due to low staffing. Unable to hear Music at pool. Some guests had small speakers and were advised to turn off. Security did not allow any food even for a Villa resort that offers full kitchen.

Very friendly staff. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Trash on all the balconies and around the pool area. Pool staff and lifeguards seemed unfriendly and rude to the kids. Pool slide was closed most of our stay. TV service was down. Had to leave the property to entertain the kids.

I am disappointed with my stay at Westin mission hills. I booked two rooms two months before my stay and requested the rooms to be next to each other , and close to the pool. Unfortunately , when we went to check in , they could not accommodate . I wish I had known prior to traveling that they would not be able to accommodate. I would recommend having different price points for the rooms closer to the pool or with the pond view /first floor. It also seems that they leave the more convenient rooms to those who argue and “ask for a manager” . Sadly will no longer return. It is also inconvenient that they don’t have breakfast options during the week.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel, and unfortunately, it will be our last. We primarily chose this place for the kids' pool, but beyond that, there was little to appreciate. We encountered bugs and spiders inside the room, which was quite unpleasant. The mattress was the worst we've ever slept on, making us wish we could return home just for a good night's sleep. The staff were unfriendly, and not once did we see a smile from anyone, whether at the front desk or in the cafeteria bar. The food options were limited, and the amenities were disappointing. The pool slide closed very early, which was a letdown for the kids. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We love Palm Spring, but we will be staying at a different hotel next time for sure.

Ice machine a long way away, not worth the price, $800 for 3 nights in summer where the temperature was 109, $25 per day to park after spending hundreds of dollars to stay, not worth the money, cheaper places, half price in the area.
