Fantastic apartment, it is so close to the cathedral and being in the centre, it made everything walkable. The apartment had everything you could need. Communication was great, we had all the details we needed and the key being your phone was handy!

Great location and nice apartment with great amenities. Walkable to cathedral and Alcázar. Only thing is no shampoo and conditioner provided in bathroom and we have to go out and buy it.

The locks were very complicated & the app did not work. We had to pick up keys and that was not as convenient. We also had to sign many documents that we did online but then again in person. The process was quite cumbersome.

I wanted the 2 bathroom apartment and this property delivered with 2 large size bathrooms. They were clean, roomy and modern! The apartment was clean and the third double sofa bed was comfortable. It you are a light sleeper the bells of there cathedral may wake you up though. It did not really bother us too much.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, spacious, beds are super comfortable, kitchen supplied sufficiently for what we needed, around the corner from Real Alcazar, many good eats all around.

We had an excellent stay in Seville. Apartment was clean and convenient to locations. We did not like the different locations we were given. to think of draggng and pulling our luggages going to the hotel office lounge to leave our luggages before check in time. Upon checking in, we have to go to a diff location for the apartment which is half a mile again dragging luggagaes on brick roads. otherwise, everything went well. i have to make sure next travel to ask for one location only. The electronic lock not helpful to people with limited technical know how

Even though the apartment was perfect , the fact that it had no concierge and you really had to be a high tech person to get in was a major problem. If you don't have wifi you are screwed.

Excellent location and very comfortable apartment! We had a issue with the air conditioning not operating but it was immediately fixed within 24 hours! Very responsive team and management! We would definitely stay here again!

The app key system is very unreliable and we were locked out for a time. They expected us to find another of their locations to get a key late at night. If this isn't an experience you want, stay elsewhere. Even the key card provided later didn't reliably open the door on the first try. Also, the bed is extremely hard, making it very difficult to sleep. The comforter was stained. We were also surprised to find the coffee cups were too small for the amount of coffee produced. Fortunately, I caught it before a mess ensued. Overrall, this place could be nice if they fix the issues but I don't recommend it currently.

Very nice property! Perfect for us. Loved it. Read the instructions before heading to this place, and use the recommended parking. There is no 'street' parking here per say.

Excellent location and very clean and modern apartment. Short walk to all major attractions. The front desk was easily accessible through WhatsApp and physically by a 3 minute walk.

Location was excellent but a bit out of the way. Needed to check in at nearby hotel and drag luggage over the charming cobblestone streets. Okay if we only had small luggage but with 2 months of. Luggage. It was a small challenge.

Unfortunately, we were unlucky to find strands of hair and food crumbs on the floor. The place did not seem to be thoroughly clean before our arrival. It did not feel acceptable as we stayed in cheaper service apartments in other places in Spain, which were much cleaner. A washing machine was provided but no liquid detergent, so do take note and bring your own if you wish to use the machine. Communication and check in was fuss free. You have to use a digital lock through a phone app. If there were any problems, they respond quickly through WhatsApp. There are some pros and cons to the location of the apartment. It is very convenient and accessible to attractions, food and public transportation. Unfortunately, if you have luggages with wheels it might not be suitable. We constantly had issues with taxi services. They refused to drop us off at our apartment and insisted we walk 10 to 15 minutes in, claiming that the alleyways are too narrow for their cars. It seems confusing as our apartment is just opposite 4 to 5 huge garbage bins and we have seen the garbage truck drive their way in to carry out disposal. Overall, we did not feel the price was warranted and most likely will not choose the same apartment for future vacations in Sevilla.

Modern, well-equipped, clean apartment in a fantastic location. Staff dealing with check-in/queries were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. If you want a good view, you need to book a penthouse apartment. From the second floor, views from the balcony were limited, but it was lovely to be able to hear the cathedral’s bells from the balcony.

Excellent facility and very clean. Great shower! Not a lot of room for luggage but we made due. My only recommendation was to provide coffee pods and the basic needs such as laundry detergent. Luckily I had brought some with me. We wished we would have stayed longer. Sevilla is spectacular, full of night life and happy beautiful people.

Apartment is well located with easy access to several tourist sites and dining options. However, check-in was a hassle and the digital key was tricky and the main door needed a strong push to open. The apartment is in need of some repairs as I was trapped in the toilet for a while trying to open the sliding door.

Absolutely perfect! Location , Jew, space, comfort, communication , friendliness all above and beyond ! Can’t wait to come back !!!!

Excellent location and well furnished the only real complaint is the very slow check in the lack of maintenance employee during weekend as we had issues with bathroom door that would not close, not ideal when sharing with other guest and no one to repair
