Staff here was excellent, we came to celebrate 40th birthday and the hotel staff made it special by decorating the room nicely. Really appreciate that. If you like to be in the heart of city, this place is so convenient to all the restaurant, shopping etc

Conveniently located in the city Centre with many dining and shopping options

Love our stay here, our room was fantastic as a family of four. The only fault for us was no buffet breakfast we thought being in a shopping centre we would have plenty of options but the food courts didn’t open until 9:30am downstairs and 10am upstairs.

Great location and great value. The place is quite new, will be better if the bed is firmer.

Everything is good except the Bluetooth speaker is out of order.

Staff is very nice , breakfast is great , my kids love the swimming pool, and most of all, the hotel room is very spacious and it's very high quality.

We were not impressed with a long wait for the lift Serving many floors we believe that 2 lift were not adequate to serve the guests

Beautiful hotel and in the center of the city. Downstairs is a mall and has good choice for food and shopping. There is another mall across the street that sells fake stuff for bargains

Great location, and nice rooms. I have enjoyed the great view from the room and beautiful swimming pool.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom executive suite. Room is spacious and really nice decor. Home away from home feeling. Breakfast was good. Location was superb. All major tourist attractions including food, shopping, market are stone’s throw away. Will definitely return.

This is a great hotel to stay at. It’s located in Saigon Centre so if you don’t like running around looking for a place to eat. Saigon Center has pretty much everything and for the ladies (great shopping).

Hotel is located right in Saigon Centre so it’s convenient. I’m not a shopper but a foodie and there are lots of food choices.

Fantastic hotel and staff! Location couldn’t be more perfect! The facial we had at the spa was one of the best ever! Breakfast was 10/10! This was our second stay at Fusion Original and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

I liked everything about Fusion Original Great location for shopping, and eating. The hotel is inside the mall. The staff and the reception desk are very nice and friendly. The people who work for the Fusion Original is so amazing. The room was clean. I will stay again.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to impress. The hotel boasts a beautiful design, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed. The staff are incredibly efficient, ensuring a smooth experience throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered is fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay

Room was lovely but the check-in experience was not. Just a bit unfriendly and took ages. The free mini bar had one beer in it, but once drunk it was never replenished !

Couldn't have asked for a better location - it's very central. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had all the amenities one would want and there is a snack bar on each floor for those who need a snack - lovely feature... There was a very good selection at breakfast, wonderful views of the city. Room service was also good. I really enjoyed the pool which was open till 8 pm and the poolside menu. If I could, I'd stay there all day. Generally speaking, everyone was really kind and welcoming and I was so happy to have the hotel staff help me with ordering taxis on my Grab App and then finding them at the entrance. Wonderful stay! Great value-for-money as well. Definitely would stay there again.

We've been to HCMC about 15 times, and we've almost always stayed at one of the old "famous" hotels. Lately we've become dissatisfied with it from a value and service standpoint, so we decided to try something new. We were so very pleased with Fusion Original Saigon Centre! The staff gave AMAZING service: when we needed help, we received it in very short order, and with a smile. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well designed. I loved being able to go to the pantry to fill my water bottle or grab some ice or a snack. I was never disturbed by noise. The location is excellent. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel next time we come to Saigon!
