It was a dated room

Nothing major wrong but it was not the most comfortable place to stay .

I was pleasantly surprised the room was large and clean. It's not a 4-Star hotel, but for this price, I was happy. The room and bathroom were clean all around. The hot water came on instantly. The other complaints about the metal bed frame is nothing to be concerned about. Don't kick the bed and you won't even notice. I stayed here for two Clippers games. It was a 25- min walk each way, which was faster than driving, Uber, and bus. Taco Bell is across the street and Dollar Tree is next door. The furnishings colors and design are very dated, but the quality is as good as I needed. Not fancy, but really nice. I stayed for two nights and I saw no transient people on or near the property.

This is an older hotel, but comfortable. Large room, good bed and shower. The area is a little rough. There are a few restaurants nearby.

My experience here was the best you could ask for.. friendly, available staff, well stocked supplies, uncrowded sleeping and sitting areas with well chosen accoutrement.. reasonable prices and convenient parking.

Nice freshly renovated with some minor blemishes. Seems to be a residential community with lots of airport related services. Walked to the restaurant at night. A little shady but not too bad, others walking too.

Great for a short stay. Secure building a little old but we'll kept. Taco bell 100ft away for late night eats, and a dollar tree 100ft away for airplane snacks.

This is on the wrong side of the 405. I did not realize that when booking. This is only a few blocks from a very bad part of LA and I don't recommend people stay here. I had to talk to the attendant through bullet proof glass. My room smelled like someone doused it with perfume or very strong cleaner before entering. The bed was fine, the room was generally acceptable cleanliness, but I will not be staying in this area again.

We chose this for proximity to the Kia Forum, and I guess it was worth it just from that. You will not feel at home. Our room was non-smoking but there was still a bit of a smoking scent. Weirdly, the bed was a metal frame like made from filing cabinet material and it would make a sound with every sudden movement. So, sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Aside from the bed, the rest of the furniture needs updating. Very quiet in terms of other rooms and traffic. It's sufficient for a night of convenient stay, but nothing more. Lots of parking across the alleyway, but it felt a little sketch.

This hotel if you can call it that is basic 1*, with no amenities, pictures falsified, rusted room, tv does not work, bed squeaky.shower is full of rust that I could not take a shower. I cannot recommend this hotel and will never stay in a non franchised hotel again. I prefer to pay more to ensure healthy stay. This hotel should be removed from hotels site.

Reasonably priced room, hotel was clean, staff is active and around in the day time. Check in was quick, the bed was not the greatest but wasn’t uncomfortable. Good value.

I extended another night.This place is great....reasonable price ,clean,quiet near eateries and close to the airport.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Very very nice.I intend to return in the future just for a "stay'cation". Not far from the stadiums ,beach and a theater. A must place to stay.

It was at a convenient location with food and stores very close by. Of course the neighboring area was rundown but it's LA as for the room itself it was nice for the price. The only issues we had were the bedframe being a hollow metal box every time we barely tapped it, it sounded like thunder. There was also small stains on the pillow cases but other than that the room seemed clean.

This was a horrible stay! I wasn’t able to sleep on this mattress! I can’t believe I wasn’t able to get my money back! I’m so disappointed in this! I would like further information for a money back transfer

The hotel and room was as expected for the price. The woman at the front who checked us in was very personable and nice! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

The staff was great. It was a very no frills place with a nice sized fridge/freezer in the room. There was an earthquake while I was there and nothing fell haha. Super close to the Forum and great view of planes landing at LAX without the noise.

Good hotel for area and price. I have paid more for a lot less. Parking is an extra 5 dollars though. I felt safe rooms are clean and modern.

Stayed there for the Olivia Rodrigo concert, it´s a 20min walk to Intuit Dome, so really convenient. Front desk staff was really nice at check-in. The beds do make noise if you hit them from the side, but it´s no issue sleeping on them, they´re actually quite comfortable. You can hear street noise but it's like background noise, it won't disturb you or your sleep cycle. 10/10 would stay there again.

It is in a quiet residential area. Surroundings are very safe. Many shops in walking distance.
Near LAX airport.
There is a small microwave oven, very useful. But you need some microwaveable cups to make a cup of hot tea.
Great price for this stay. We will come back next time.

The surrounding neighborhood is shady but the property is clean and safe and the parking lot was fine. Limited parking though. The woman and man at the front desk were very nice and helpful. She even remembered the next day my plans and asked about them. They were very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived slightly early and a room was made available to me. I could walk to Starbucks and other places to get a bite to eat!

Service was great, was able to accommodate us and very grateful for it. Room was great has a microwave, mini fridge, sink, vanity. Would’ve liked an extra pillow and towel, but it was fine.

Close to LAX but no Shuttle. No complimentary water or coffee but $4.00 small water in vending machines. Run down interior of building needs many repairs. Beds are hard and Television limited and outdated with semi-functional remote. 11:00AM check out very inconvenient for travelers.
