Very good family stay with two teenagers. Junior suite had clever sliding door and double access bathroom / toilet, which was perfect to give some privacy. Great location, and comfortable beds. Decent size fridge in room, and bar happy to provide plates / cutlery. Paid parking below hotel. Only issue was shower which flooded the bathroom, but fixed same day.

The hotel.was.outdated and the floor wasn't cleaned but it is a good location and walkable to shopping and dining.

Lovely room. Comfy bed. Staff friendly at check in. Small bar in reception area and a lovely rooftop bar, which is part of the hotel but round the corner from reception. Excellent value for money. Heidelberg was a lovely place to visit too.

The room was fine. The underground parking garage was difficult to navigate but better than nothing. We could not get WiFi and only had 1 towel but our stay was short and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Hotel has been redone recently, but the rooms are small and overall not very practical! They were clean and the bed is comfortable, walls are very dark and decoration is minimalist. Breakfast buffet is of good quality. Location is great if you wish to explore the city center, with paid parking facilities. Friendly staff. So a mixed experience considering the price!

The hotel is very nice. I would stay here again- because staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The only reason it got 4/5 stars was parking was difficult (very tight spots) and our air conditioning in our room was not working, but the window opens up all the way for a cool breeze. Other than these two issues the place was great.

The hotel was easy to reach in a nice area. Check in was easy. Parking on-site was nice (but squishy). Room very nice. Plenty of outlets and air conditioning. We got a good price.

Hotel was very close to the main street, lots to see and do in the area around the hotel. Check in and out was easy and the room was excellent. Parking is through an alleyway to an underground car park, the alley is just before the hotel itself, places are limited and it can be hard to park sometimes. Make sure to let reception know your car details and get a sheet of paper to put in the car showing you are a hotel guest. There is a rooftop bar that is worth a visit, entrance is not through the hotel but around the corner. Would recommend a stay at the hotel

We have a rigid experience while communicating with them pre-checkin. So actually we wanted to change check in date. Expedia on the system was not able to change the date because no new rooms were available. Which is of-course a shortfall from expedia. We and expedia both requested hotel to manually change the check in date. The reservation was not in the cancellation deadline. And to refund the excess payment as per the rate applied at the time of booking. The hotel did not want to do it - they re-directed to expedia - saying you booked from expedia - and expedia did not change and kept emailing hotel. They do list their hotel on expedia to sell but when sold have problems with it. Expedia and Hotel both enjoyed the revenue by pushing the issue from one to other and did not accomodate the request we made inspite our hotel being not in the cancellation deadline.

Great location. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and main square. Hotel was very clean and had a great breakfast.

I was 4 nights, 3 of them without Internet... Not acceptable for a Business trip. If you cannot solve a technical issue like this in 3 nights... poor.

The location of the hotel is very good! The room is also quite comfy. However, it was not as "premium" as we thought it would be! The room is quite small and the view is between the buildings. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing with not so many things to choose.
