What a wonderful experience. Hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious, and all employees very friendly and welcoming. The front desk and valet parking staff were extremely helpful. The oceanfront view from the balcony was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back in the future. 10/10 highly recommended.

Hotel stay and staff service were excellent. Location was convenient and close to the beach. More food options within the hotel would be ideal as a suggestion.

I had a very hard time sleeping due to the noise. The AC unit was so loud I thought at first it was a jet going over the hotel. I was on the 11th floor not sure what all the other noises were from except the slamming doors. Went down to the bar/market area wanting a snack and a beer for the football game but unfortunately there was no one working at 3:30 on a Sunday. Lastly, I needed to write something down and there was no pen, no pad, nothing, not even a bible.

What great views we had. I loved and i woukd stay again. Worth the extra money for the suite. It rained most of the time we were there so it was nice to be able to use the built in Chromecast to watch what we wanted. The only down side was the breakfast. It was okay nothing great. The food you bought from the bar was actually really good and pretty affordable. Staff was always so friendly and helpful.

It was way more than we expected. Wish there were a couple of water bottles in the room, but otherwise, wonderful!! Hope to use this hotel for our anniversary next May!!

Wonderful place to stay. The entire staff where exceptional. The one downside was the outdoor pool. It needs a major face lift. Looking forward to our next getaway. Sherry and Charlie

All the staff was very nice and welcoming. Valley staff gets a At. Very clean and well maintained. Great view of the beach from my room. When I called the front desk, they was able to answer my questions. The only things they can improve on is the breakfast.

We had a great stay! Breakfast selection is amazing! Our room is big and the view of the ocean is wonderful. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next vacation.

Great hotel and location, breakfast was also perfect. The only downside is the pool, inside one is tiny ( looked like a hot tub) and outside one is too small for this size hotel.

Our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. There was only 1 day during our weeklong stay where housekeeping missed our room. I had asked for clean towels to be placed in the room while we went to dinner but that did not happen. Eventhough the girl at the front desk told me it would. Breakfast was the same everyday. It would be nice if a staff member would clean off tables during breakfast service as some guests can't seem to clean-up after themselves. I got stuck clearing previous people's dirty dishes from the table if I wanted my family to have a table to eat. It would also be nice if coffee wasn't cut off at 10 when breakfast is. Coffee should be available if not all day long at least until noon.

This hotel is a newer hotel with all sorts of amenities. They include free breakfast and was very clean. We would stay there again in the future!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our suite was spotless and comfortable, and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I am very glad we chose an oceanfront suite since it rained for most of our stay, and we were grateful to at least have a wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony and room. We did have a pretty significant issue with the door to our suite malfunctioning one day, but everyone worked hard to fix it quickly and make it right for us. The breakfast buffet included in the stay was incredible and a great way to start the day!

Check in was challenging. Leaving the hotel, valet was not helpful. Oceanfront was amazing view. Hot breakfast was decent.

Everything and everyone was very nice. I would only suggest cleaning the windows and offering tea other than orange, mint and passion.

We chosed this hotel because it was new, just a stone away from the beach. Location is good. I’m a little disappointed with the indoor pool. It was raining on the day we arrived so i was considering staying indoor on the pool with my daughter. But, we just went back to the room, as there were too many children with the small pool.

The staff and service were outstanding. The rooms are really small and the pool is really small. There was a big stain on their lobby rug but as I said, I can’t say enough good things about the staff & housecleaning.

I loved that they had free breakfast and it was actually good. I also loved that they had valet parking.

For the price of a night the breakfast it’s really bad you better go to get breakfast at 7 eleven at least the food doesn’t taste like plastic

My family and I loved staying at this hotel! The breaskfast, room, and everything else was great! We will be booking here again whenever we go back to VA Beach!
