the bathroom needs fixing

The staff gave us a warm welcome and very responsive. He also let us see the inside of the main house and allowed us to take photos.

Nothing much. There was a slight smell in the room but it will go away eventually.

Careful if you book by booking.com because maybe they don't have rooms for you because they don't expect you. The unfriendly woman gave us a room at the end. Suddenly after unfriendly discussions there was a free room. - loud aircon - bad smell in the room like no one was there since long time - the reception woman should be friendly - better organization with booking.com (they told us they don't have rooms but you could still book) ( - gate and fence could be more nice but it is not a reason not to book it)

the place is smelly. appears that they are not ready for a guest to occupy. I have to wait before they can check us in. the outside of the place appears haunted.

the rooms are not prepares well. the smell of a place that has not been occupied for a long time. When we open the door the room stinks.

Everything. Staff were really friendly, helpful and courteous. Location is also ideal. accessible for public commute and there's a nearby mall and grocery stores.

The room was well cleaned. It was a quiet room but a distance from malls etc.

There was no refrigerator & therefore no breakfast. Theres was no Australian channel on the television. I payed 1,300 + with Booking.com and am a Genius member. I was told a direct booking at the hotel it was only 900 pesos. The worst I have ever had with Booking.com. Thinking of changing to Agoda next time. David (Australia)

I loved the location. It was near the good restaurants and old houses, which I wanted to see. I was also very happy with the way the staff treated my family and I. I love the old house and its rustic feel. There was also constant hot water in the shower.

The rooms downstairs could do better if there's less musky smell. It would be better if it were as good smelling as the rooms upstairs.
