My family and I stayed one night for the Eras Tour and the hotel went above and beyond to celebrate (friendship bracelet station!), and the food was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay for a concert recently. The room was ready early and was clean and comfortable. The hotel offered free activities and food for concert goers and when we returned after the concert, there was free bottles of water waiting outside our room. The service and extra thought was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is within walking distance to the CN Tower, The Distillery, St. Lawrence Market, and several shopping malls. The service at the entrance, front desk, and housekeeping was friendly and professional. I would come back provided the room rates remain competitive.

The property was beautiful, the rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, valet was much appreciated. The pool is open until 11pm. Check out is at noon so you can relax a little ! Love this hotel.

First and foremost, the staff is amazing! Friendly and very approachable, yet professional. My room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel itself is located close to subways, buses and the Eaton Centre for first-class shopping.

Proximity to shopping areas, restaurants and metro stations, newly furnished bathrooms, professional staff dedicated to accommodating your requests… Only that a kettle can be provided in the room for tea making.
There are indeed homeless encampments nearby. If it concerns you, my advice is to avoid passing through the square park as you make your way to the hotel from Eaton Centre.

I really enjoyed the churros and iced tea when i arrived. I left feeling satiated and full of vitality. I do however wish that there was more churros to consume along with the churros being full size instead of being mini. A dipping sauce would have also been appreciated with the churros. Overall this experience was very lovely!

The staff were outstanding. They made a potentially stressful weekend for me much more enjoyable. I had to store some artwork in my room which I was transporting back and forth to Nathan Philips Square for a 3 day art show. They were friendly and cooperative, even offering to assist me, which was unnecessary but very much appreciated! This is the hotel I will book in the future!

Great stay. A classic-style urban hotel in a busy, very centrally located part of town. The self-parking was convenient and there's a nice coffee shop right across the street. My sole complaint was that the lobby areas and hallways were air conditioned down to arctic temperatures for no obvious reason.

This is one of the better Marriott properties I’ve stayed in at in a while. The entire staff from the front desk to the housekeepers were extremely professional. The bed was extremely comfortable and the water in the shower was just right. This will be my go to hotel whenever I’m in Toronto.

Nice and close to Eaton Centre and subway. Nice room. Dreadfully poor that there was NO FREE WiFi. I would have had to book the hotel direct (rather than through Expedia) which was way more expensive and be a member of Marriott Bonvoy. Will never stay there again if there is not free WiFi.

We were very impressed with the staff at the Marriott during our stay on June 29/30.. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, respectful, helpful & professional. Kudos to the hiring process, the training and especially to the staff that did their jobs so well. In particular, Charles, who checked us in at reception was very welcoming and gave us the information we needed in a clear and concise manner. Charles and the rest of the staff we had contact with made us feel like valued customers simply by their excellent demonstration of customer focus. Thank you.
