I loved the great service i received from the moment i walked in to check-in. The staff i came across was always smiling and friendly. Undoubtedly among the most welcoming places iv stayed at ANYWHERE. Ten out of ten.

The room size was really great and the front office guy when we checked in was very personable. Breakfast was very good, there was both hot and colld, so.ething there for everyone.

The pillows were awful. The outside door doesn’t lock and or bedroom door wouldn’t lock without slamming it a few times. Shower was very outdated and had a second shower head rigged up. Bedroom phone didn’t work and had to find their number to call the front desk. Front desk wasn’t very friendly. The coffee was great but the breakfast wasn’t very good.

When i got there a man was walking around distressed. Another guest and i talked to him and brought him in the lobby to talk. The lady at the desk was kind, patient, and helpful in a situation that ended up being kinda weird and tough.

Very nice BW in Dodge City which is usually an annual stop on our way to Colorado or NM. Clean, quiet and comfortable plus close to some good restaurant options. Easy in and out of town. Bonus points because I left a ring, called the property and housekeeping had turned it so they could mail it to me — impressive! Definitely recommend for a hotel in Dodge, the breakfast is very good too!

The only problem was that I found a large insect like a cockroach with wings on the bathroom floor and the room had a bad smell, I guess it was because the carpet needs to be washed but the beds were very comfortable, good quality and clean. The kitchen was clean and the floor was very clean, my socks didn't get dirty. The breakfast they offer is very complete and delicious. The area is very quiet and safe.

It was pricey for a basic hotel room. The breakfast was not very good. The only bread option was a slice of white bread. No fruit available. There were tons of people and the food was not being restocked. The orange juice tasted like water had been added to it. There was a huge tv in the breakfast area with Fox News playing. Very unpleasant environment.

The location was great. The room were nice and clean. The breakfast was subpar. The food items were not being restocked. At one point, the only available bread was white slices. There was no fresh fruit such as apples or bananas. The sausage and biscuits were not restocked in general. The breakfast was not worth the price of the rooms in addition to that the huge television in the crowded dining space was on Fox News loud the entire time, I believe it should be not be political when I’m having breakfast. How about sports. I won’t stay here in the future.
