The property seems clean and tidy. Ophelia is very kind and attentive to our needs, I love how she gave us a honeymoon gift as a little welcoming gesture which I really appreciate. Will definitely come back!

We found a bug in the kitchen drawer. I think a visit from pest control will easily get rid of it.

Really just excellent facilities in all categories.

If you'd like to eat in a restaurant this is a challenge. Lots of street food around but you'll not find a restaurant close to the apartment. Of course there are 5 coffee shops or more on the block but not a restaurant..

The staff, Ophelia, was really kind and helpful with her instruction how to check.in since we late check.in. The room.was clean, neat, and has great facilities such as sauna, kitchen+eating utensil, washing machine with dryer, and bath tub. It was a great stay!

Building construction made a bit noisy in the morning

the property is right at the center of Hanoi. location is so great. room is amazing and staffs are so friendly

Everything. The host was very informative and anticipative. She mentioned beforehand there there was a construction work close to the hotel and there may be a disturbance. She offered us a discount if we decided to stay despite the construction work. We decided to stay anyway. During our stay we barely experienced any disturbance. The room itself was outstanding. Very modern and really comfortable. We couldn't ask for more!

Everything :) Smooth check in. Possibility of late check-out. Staff is very polite and helpful :) Great location: not far from city center which is very good as center is very loud and overcrowded. Hotel is located on a very quiet street, almost next door to the market and multiple places to eat & drink. Apartment itself is very spacious, clean, comfortable, great design. We enjoyed washing machine with drying function also 😀 In addition we got new year gift-box from the hotel which was soooo cuuute! P.S. don’t hesitate to use transfer from and to airport offered by accommodation, it was good and cheaper than Grab taxi. Thank you JAYU for such a memorable experience! You really show a very high level of service quality 😉
