First arrival of all, I have checked in and booked one of room, when I arrived the receiptionis told me there was no room left for me while instant book has been made. Seems, there will be no a room book if walk in book. So, I have to spend out one room not at my expectations.

The place is what you'd expect from a 2-star hotel. The facilities are present, but most of it in poor condition and not properly sanitised. But the worst part of this hotel is the staff, specifically the receptionist. He never bothered to transfer back my deposit balance for days, even when I have given my information and called multiple times during the period. I had to contact the parent company owning the hotel to let them know of my deposit problem. Only when the company called out the receptionist, did he finally cooperate. But even then, he was so rude and called me stupid over the phone for even daring to contact the parent company. Fortunately, the deposit matter has been resolved in the end. Worst experience I have ever had. Never coming there again.

Not value with money

First of all, the toilet is the worst part to begin with. Dirty, slippery, smelly. A lot of hair on the floor, toilet bowl is just too dirty, with old painting I guess. Water flow in the toilet is poor. 2 people taking bath it will flooded the whole room. I had to change room just because of this, plus I need to top up some money because of this. Even after inform the management about this, they don't care. New blankets? You guess.
